June 12 (Thursday): Industry Meets Innovation
Day two bridged knowledge and practice. The National Fisheries Seafood Matchmaking and the MAFBEX Great Bartender Competition Finals brought fierce, flavorful face-offs to the forefront. Meanwhile, thought leaders from organizations like DOST and the AMS Essential discussed food security and integrity, challenging guests to think beyond the plate. The highlight? A heartwarming Pansit-Pansitan Cocktail Competition for cancer warriors, proving that food truly heals.
