With their newest franchise opening in the Crown Jewel of Mindanao, Serenitea looks to further cement their place as the country’s leading homegrown milk tea brand. One of the forerunners of the milk tea craze in the Philippines, Serenitea held the grand opening of their second branch outside of Manila last month, drawing an excited crowd with their signature Jumbo Cup promo.

General Manager, Juliet Herrera, stated that the company found an opportunity to expand in Davao, given the market demand for the brand in the city.

“Serenitea aims to be the preferred choice of Filipinos from all over the country when it comes to enjoying a serene tea-drinking experience, which is why we wanted to be present nationwide,” added Herrera.

As a nod to their Davao market, Serenitea also came up with Durian Madness, exciting new drinks that incorporate the region’s specialty. Exclusively offered in Serenitea Davao, customers can choose between Durian Milk Tea, Durian Royal Frost, Matcha Durian Slush, & Cocoa Durian Slush.

The first and only obstacle racing series within Philippine territories, TN-Guerilla Race Inc. is proud to announce the resumption of the GUERILLA RACE SERIES for 2015 with its entry level challenge, the URBAN GUERILLA RACE, targeting over 1,500 athletes and race aficionados, and nearly as many spectators, all set to participate in this first leg of the year.

The Guerilla Race Series is the first obstacle-driven race series of its kind in the Philippines. Skillfully developed by a Philippine Army scout ranger, the Guerilla Race Series is meant to test the Guerilla Racers’ limits in terms of endurance of body, presence of mind and resilience of spirit.

This is a benefit race with a guerilla mission to embark on corporate social responsibility, TN-Guerilla Race Inc. supports the H.E.R.O. Foundation by donating part of the registration fees to support the education of the orphans of our soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the service of this country.

The URBAN GUERILLA RACE marks the beginning of the Guerilla Race Series which is held annually, with 4 major races per year, in different regions of exciting landscapes and race topography within the Philippines.

Participants in the Urban Guerilla Race will be competing in the individual male and female categories as well as in the team competition for both the Sprint and Warrior Races. But that’s not all. With the success of the debut of our Guerilla Kids Race last year, we are again including the Kids Race for this first leg of the series so expect this first leg to be a fun-filled family affair.

Finishers will be rewarded with the Heroes’ Welcome– the Guerilla Race Finishers’ Party offering a catered meal, a beer bash and live bands to reward their brawn and bravery. The top 3 males and top 3 females ofthe Urban Guerilla Race qualify for a free entry into the next tier.

Wazzup Pilipinas TV will start airing on May 2, 2015 - that's every primetime Saturday from 8 to 9 pm on IBC 13.

Watch out for our awesome line-up of guests from many types of businesses and lifestyle attractions  like top and emerging restaurants, barbershops, salons; skin, dental and health care clinics, hotels, resorts and other destinations, fashionable clothing and accessories, gadgets and technology innovations, events and gatherings, prominent personalities and celebrities, plus a lot more.

Hosting the show are the witty, wacky but definitely talented trio of Ross Del Rosario (The Pambansang Blogger ng Pilipinas), Bart Abaya (The Philippine Barter King) and Coach Dave Aguila (The Common Sense Investor).

There will also be a few segment co-hosts for special features like Halal cooking courtesy of Chef Tato from the Muslim community; guest appearances from law, business and financial planning experts who will share tips and insights, and special news and events coverage from Wazzup Pilipinas field correspondents. I think this is the first time that a blog has made it into a TV show, and I am ever so grateful to the people who believed in me. Never in my days as a blogger have I imagined or dreamed of having my own TV show bearing my blog's name. My blog was merely an outlet to express my opinions and showcase my interests. It then evolved into a medium to promote everything about the Philippines, and an opportunity to collaborate with emerging and already popular brands and organizations. It also presented several of my advocacies like tourism campaigns and noble causes.
