Indak [24]7 Dance Force is Back-to-Back Grand Champion at Dance for Health 3
Wazzup Pilipinas!
"Healthway Philippines' Dance for Health 3 is more than just a dance competition but a community who advocates and inspire others to live the SEED lifestyle, which refers to sleeping right, eating right, exercise and de-stress."
True enough, all the members of the dance teams showcase physical prowess and angst that makes them all stand out despite not being professional dancers. Most of them have days jobs so it's surprising to see these teams perform like they do their dance moves everyday.
I'm a frustrated dancer myself, but since I was destined to be in another field of expertise, that frustration continued to be just wishful thinking. I keep thinking maybe when I retire and start living in our dream rest house will I probably find time to finally firm up and make some moves to change my lifestyle.
But that is not what Healthway Medical, the country's biggest chain of mall-based clinics, wants us to believe. We should start living the SEED (Sleep, Eat Right, Exercise, De-Stress) lifestyle. To take the lead in promoting clean living. One of the best ways aside from eating right, and doing regular exercise is by always sparing time to dance and celebrate life to the fullest. We only live once in this world so we better make the most of it and by leaving a memory, or a legacy, of us being healthy and fun loving individuals.
Once again, the defending champion, Indak [24]7 Dance Force regains their title as Dance For Health 3's grand champion! 2nd place winner was the Powered i-OX Dance Team, and at 3rd place is the Power Dance Company!
Dance for Health 3 was held on January 30, 2016 at the Alabang Town Center of which 8 dance teams competed for the title of Dance for Health grand champion. The other teams were United As One Dance Team, Fluor Dance Troupe, Maersk Pilipinas Dance Company, Maynilad Street Dance Company, and ADP Elite Street.
Marybeth Nave vibrantly hosted the event.

Here's another pose of the Dance for Health 3 judges who all look fit and fab.
Carmie De Leon, Healthway's Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Opening the Dance for Health 3 competition was Carmie De Leon, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Dr. Vina Daguio, Alabang Town Center (ATC) clinic manager, together with the marketing team.
Carmi, together with others from Healthway, performed their very own dance number to entertain the crowd - or should I say, to make us envious of their great figures and powerful moves.

I have to agree to what one netizen commented at the official Facebook event page of Dance for Health 3: "Congratulations Healthway for the successful event. It was a blast and goosebump performance to all of the winners. Well deserved. I like the changing costume and shoes of Indak [24]7 dance co. I like also the expression of all indak members. I like the fierce side and synchronize but energetic performance of i-OX dance crew til the end, and the tribal or jungle concept of the powered i-OX events. To all non-winners also congrats you guys give your best and i saw the enjoyment in the stage. Congrats!" - Cherry Cortesa
P75,000 for the grand winner
Congratulations indeed. It was a showcase of spectacular performances that would make you wanna stand up and start dancing too. When Zumba instructor Mark started teaching people some Zumba moves at the event, I would have joined in if only I had a spare shirt with me.
The stage got so hot when Belly dancer Jill articulated her lovely assets when she showed us some of her moves while waiting for the final results.
Too bad there was no spot for some Yoga from Yoga instructor Elijah.
Needless to say, the event was a resounding success. Congratulations to Carmi and her team for organizing another awesome Dance for Health event. See you again next year for Dance for Health 4!
