Manny Villar Leads All Day Mart Cerritos Heights Grand Opening

All Day is an up-and-coming Filipino-owned convenience store chain that already has around 100 stores nationwide. It aims to take the "convenience store" idea a level higher than the traditional convenience stores we know by offering more than the usual products and services, and mainly to provide an everyday neighborhood store for the residents in the nearby subdivisions of Vista Land, and to those who would like to go into franchising the brand.

Apparently, there's now a bigger and better All Day they are now calling 'All Day Mart' that further exceeds our expectations of its former predecessor. It's smaller than the grocery stores you will find in the large malls, but has an excitingly broad selection of grocery products from many popular brands, as well as special services for added convenience.

Your friendly neighborhood Pambansang Blogger ng Pilipinas was recently invited to celebrate the grand opening of All Day Mart Cerritos Heights located within the perimeter of Camella Cerritos Heights subdivision in Daang Hari Molino Bacoor, Cavite. Gracing the event were real estate mogul and former Senator Manny Villar and his lovely daughter Camille Villar who both led the ribbon cutting and blessing of the store last January 20, 2015.

The All Day Mart has many parking spaces but since its really a neighborhood store that opens early in the morning, there's no stopping the nearby residents from coming to the store on foot after a few minutes of jogging or running around the community. This is also the best place to hang-out to have some yummy snacks and refreshing drinks at any time of the day.

All Day Mart is a lot bigger than the All Day Convenience outlets. It opens as early as 7 am in the morning, and we were informed that it will soon be operating 24 hours a day too. This truly is a lot helpful especially to the residents of nearby Camella Cerritos Heights Subdivision, an idyllic property development providing efficiently laid-out and beautifully designed homes for the Filipino family.

The residents of Camella Cerritos Heights don't have to travel far to buy their weekly grocery supplies, and could even easily visit on a daily basis since it's now within walking distance from their homes. The nearby communities outside the subdivision can also take advantage of the opportunity to buy their daily needs at All Day Mart.

Drumbeats from two different groups filled the air making the celebration more festive and exciting. there were also two guys on stilts providing amusement to the attendees.

All Day Mart. All Day Fresh. All Day Savings. I like the idea of having fresh fruits and vegetables available within the neighborhood. The public market is most of the time messy and disorganized so I like to have an option to visit a place where I am assured of quality and convenience.

The priest says some prayers while we hold on to lighted candles and hold up our hands openly as if wanting to receive the blessings from the priest.

The unique table centerpiece was made out of fruits like coconut, apples, oranges and dalandans. This is the first time I've seen fruits used for this particular purpose. This allowed the guests to take home the fruits after the event.

There's also a dragon going around the store premises to bring additional luck to All Day Mart. Right now I think that lady is whispering something to the dragon, or is she kissing it? Lol!

Plus this crazy guy (or was it a lady) in a mask who even asked Camille Villar for a photo ops. Lol!

Men on stilts wearing masks, hats and bright red and yellow costumes provide the added amusement for everyone. I saw many teens having  a selfie with them at the background.

All Day Mart logo - red, green and orange colors probably has a good meaning, or could probably just look good. Whatever is the case, the most important is that it offers a wide array of choices for the consuming public.

The push carts indicate that the All Day Mart is really bigger than a convenience store since its almost like a grocery store because of its size and the many products available inside.

There's even that familiar mascot of a popular chocolate candy brand stirring up the crowd with his antics. This guy is also fond of making thumbs up.

Orange and green balloons decorate the interiors of All Day Mart. At the background are the many different grocery items all arranged neatly and orderly.

Yours truly, as well as the other guests, were fortunate enough to have some photo ops with former Senator Manny Villar and her daughter Camille Villar after the ribbon cutting and blessing of All Day Mart. They spent a long time entertaining the selfie and photo requests of the guests which made a lot of people happy because they will be going home with some photo souvenirs from the two, aside from the free lunch given to everyone who attended the event.

Thumbs up to both Sir Manny Villar and Miss Camille Villar for personally gracing the event. Their presence means a lot to the people who are so startstruck to see and take photos with them, including me.

Thumbs up to the management of All Day Mart for providing another convenience to our people. We all know it takes a lot of time and effort, including transportation expenses, to visit the far away groceries so having an All Day Mart nearby makes life a lot easier and comfortable.


A lot of people also took the opportunity to buy their groceries that day making them among the very first buyers of All Day Mart. I also brought home some biscuits and cookies that's perfect for tonight's movie marathon with the family.

We also had a short tour of the Showcase area where they showed us the fabulous model houses on display there. You'll go crazy over the interior designs as each house's interiors has its own special theme, color combination and identity - just some of the many possible dazzling ideas meant to inspire buyers on how they will design their new homes.

For added information, there's also an All Day Convenience outlet just infront of the entrance of the Showcase area, and we were told there's another one nearby making it three All Days (one big mart and two smaller convenience stores) available within the neighborhood.

Camella Cerritos Heights is just a stone’s throw away from the central business districts and around 30 to 45 minutes away from Makati and Ortigas. I was actually surprised we got there so fast coming from our meetup at Shaw Boulevard. They said shuttle service is also provided for residents from the subdivision to major destinations in the area making it more accessible for many.

We also stopped by their clubhouse for a while and caught a glimpse of their pool. It was so tempting to dip into its waters especially that not too many people were around during that time. The pool is huge enough to accommodate a lot of people who want to get away from the heat especially this coming summer.

Aside from the pool, there's also a playground at the clubhouse where kids can have a great time playing on the slides and swings.

I will tell you more about the many different house models soon on a different blog post so I won't be putting a heavy load on this particular article. The house models are so beautiful that they deserve their own write-up. I'm also waiting for the official press release so I could update this blog article with more pertinent information if available.
