Wingman Soars High As it Prepares to Open Two New Branches Soon

Wazzup Pilipinas!

I don't think I need to mention anymore that Wingman, (located at The Collective in Kalayaan, Makati) serves top-notch Buffalo wings with several flavors to choose from - better yet, try them all by having a couple of different flavors every time you visit Wingman.

This is definitely the reason why Wingman is expanding to two new branches this July and August. One new branch will be located in Newport Area in Pasay city and another one in Acacia Lane in Tagig city. That's something to look forward to be the residents and work force near the said areas. It will be a great addition to the many restaurants located at the same area. Its their opportunity now to try and taste for themselves at the convenience of a new location near them.

The nights at Wingman is extremely busy with all the wings and the beer, both local and imported, until the wee hours of the morning that's perfect for all types of celebration and gathering. The Collective is also a cool place to visit being an art lover myself. It's a feast to both the stomach and the eyes.

Wingman is primarily owned by Erik Waldie (some refers to him as the "Baldie") and Reema Chanco (recognizable as a popular sports figure). I sort of rubbed shoulders with them during an event for the United Nations and they informed us about the expansion of their restaurant.

As aggressive as I can be, I quickly suggested we blog about their restaurant, and so I got a copy of their business card and we communicated days after via SMS and email to discuss about their plans and how the bloggers would go about the task.

An arrangement was quickly made after just one meetup, a schedule for the bloggers event was made, and our objective was made clear and that was to let our readers know that there will be two new branches opening the following months.

Not that they need the online promotion, as they are absolutely already a star both online and by word of mouth. I'm sure that when the two new branches open, they will also be a smash hit for the public.

During our event, we witnessed how the Wingman restaurant was alive and filled up to every last seat. It is an indication that it is indeed a crowd favorite especially at night.

The shots and the food were on Erik as we tried out their excellent wings and drank their beers.

Wingman has the authentic flavor and taste of the classic Buffalo wings - very respectful of the original recipe. Erik also personally created his own recipes, plus all their sauces are purely made form scratch - nothing bought from third party brands.

They don't just serve beers, they also have shakes - mango perhaps - with a touch of berry to complete the experience.

Wingman can be a family place during the day, and your "barkada" or colleagues hangout during night time. It's really more fun to hang-out and spend the night away chatting and drinking beer.

And did I mention that celebrity friends of Erik and Reema often drop by to dine and hang out, so its an opportunity for fans to catch one and have some photo ops.

Munching on chicken wings (of very creative and curious names), beers (Corona Stella Artois, 1906, etc), fries, shots (Weng-weng?), and plenty of other food and drinks are available at Wingman at The Collective and also soon at their two new branches. So watch out for them in July and August.

I am just curious how come that night with the other bloggers seem like a "baldie" night as most of Erik's friends and business partners, as well as the customers, are sporting the bald head trend.

Is that a sign that I need to shave my hair too? hehehe

Again, catch Wingman soon at the Newport Area in Pasay city, and Acacia Lane in Tagig city.
