What’s happening to the OCTA group ?

Who were the respondents ? 

This is pure unadulterated BS. Sino kaya ang matutuwa sa COVID response na ito? Baka mga taga-Malacañang lang ang tinanong.

So the people approved of the ff : low testings , lack of contact tracings , low vaccination rate , choice of vaccines ,and quarantine classification ?

A survey is a photo of what people think at that time..Like covid numbers that can go up and down..survey results change too especially now that we are on a surge and numbers are going up.

1200 lang ang respondents. Bold of them to assume na 80% ng 1200 represents 80% ng Pilipino.

Sana ilabas yung questionnaire. Baka doon ay malalaman kung ano yung meaning ng "approve". Almost everyone I know is unhappy and angry with this government. So, hindi mo alam kung san pinupulot yung respondents.

Sana sinama yan sa caption. Most people only read the headlines and caption, then react kaagad without reading the full story.

But the surge is happening now. Bakit October pa ang next survey? Looks benefitting only this administration.

I can't believe this. Even if it happened before this August surge, are Filipinos really this dumb? Or is Octa part of some evil design?

Pero sa akin, whether before the surge or not, the government's response has always been lacking and it's not merely because the whole world is experiencing it. 

Almost 20k cases per day, plus gross mishandling and possible corruption in DOH. Isama pa natin ang pending strike ng mga HCW's and pull out ng hospitals sa PhilHealth. Kung positive pa rin ang response nila ewan ko na lang.

Hindi ko alam kung saan kinukuha yung sample. Parang matagal na tumira sa kuweba tapos ngayon lang lumabas at nung may makita na, ay, may bakuna na, ang galing naman ng gobyerno. Seriously, how can anyone here be happy with the government's response to Covid? Funds are mismanaged. Hello!

Walang foresight, walang proper planning. India set a precedent but look at us now. Government didn't learn anything from it.

Paano ay inuuna sarili nilang agenda, yung manglamang at maniguro ng boto sa susunod na eleksyon.

Yes, covid is real pero sa dami ng utak nila wala ba man lang me bright idea?

You'll also question the timing of this article. Ngayon na under fire sila Duterte, Go (for his connection to Christopher Lao) at DOH.

To be happy with with the government's handling of the pandemic means nasa bubble sila, walang kamalay malay.

Kung sabagay, may naniniwala pa rin dahil 97% ang approval rating ng administration. Ahahahaha! Dami pa ring tanga kasi.

a. 80% of Filipinos have suicidal tendencies.

b. Only 20% of Filipinos understand what's going on

c. 100% admin manipulated BS survey

d. WTF???! 

Kaya pala. No wonder, pabor na pabor kay Duterte ang mga survey nila. Eh kapag kinakausap o tinatanung-tanong ko ang mga nakakasalamuha kong tao, karamihan ay hindi pabor sa ginagawa ng gobyerno laban sa pandemic.

Ano na status ng OCTA probe na planong gawin ng Congress? Mga magigiting na Congress men and women - sa halip baka mas mainam ng i-focus ang energy sa pagresolba  sa malahiganteng problema ng bansa dahil sa pandemya. 18 buwan na po tayo naghihirap.

Wait lang ha. Asking honestly, is this even scoped under BIR? Kasi, as far as I remember, hindi pa legal ang prostitution in the Philippines. So if the work is not registered, eh di hindi siya taxable, di ba?

So if they are committed to pay tax, does it means this kind of platform is now legal?

Any income derived from whatever source is taxable for Filipino citizens. Does this necessarily include illegal sources?

Kung maglalagay sila ng tax sa mga OnlyFans creators na may adult content eh di parang sinasabi nila na puwede na pala yung prostitution kemerut sa Philippines. Jusmiyo!

Lahat na lang with tax, baka pati pagiging mag jowa at mag-asawa ay sisingilin nila ng tax. Shuta talaga! Huwag naman sana humantong na pati sa paghinga namin araw-araw eh taxable na din. Money-grubbing BIR...buwisan ninyo yung mga kurakot dyan sa DOH, Philhealth, at iba pa.

If only BIR does their job like IRS does, people wouldn't really revolt that much in paying taxes. Because how come some politicians and government officials can accumulate that much wealth in short amount of time? Pfft. 

Okay lang sana ang ma tax or magbayad ng buwis, obligasyon po nating lahat na mag contribute para sa pagpapaunlad ng ating bansa. Lahat halos na mga bansa sa mundo ay may tax pero sa maraming bansa po ay nakikita po nila kung saan napupunta ang kanilang mga buwis. In fact, pinapakinabangan nila. Ang di maganda at sadyang nakakapanghinayang ay matapos ma tax ang mga tao ay ninanakaw lamang ng mga nakaupo at iniupo sa pwesto sa gobyerno, ang pera na nalikom sa pamamagitan ng buwis.

Bakit hindi kaya ganito gawin natin?? Since ang usapan ay pinagkakakitaan itong online video content ng mga vloggers at streamers, bakit hindi mag vlog or stream din ang mga nasa BIR tapos kaming mga million million tao dito sa Pilipinas eh magtiyaga na manood.

There is a fine line between legal taxation and unconstitutional or immoral taxation.

If the taxes arent being used properly, this is highly immoral.

Kaya yung mga Afghans na may balak magpunta dito sa Pilipinas para dito na manirahan...Huwag ninyo na ituloy.... hahaha Mas nakakamatay ang giyera sa TAXES dito sa Pilipinas!

Duterte gives green light for casinos in Boracay

Duterte has given his go-signal allowing the operation of a casino in Boracay. 

Operation shall follow restrictions such as the observance of safety & health protocols vs. COVID-19 & safeguards to keep minors out.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque has affirmed that President Duterte’s decision to allow casino operations on the world-famous Boracay island in Aklan was indeed caused by the government’s need for additional funds.

“This latest presidential pronouncement is part of the revenue-generating efforts of the government to augment funds for COVID-19 response.” 

Oh no! Why? After closing Bora for months to clean it up, you'll open a casino that will bring in hordes of many and all kinds of pollutants. It was an environmentally sustainable paradise after it re- opened!

Augment funds for COVID-19 response??? Eh kinurakot na ng bilyon-bilyon mga alipores niya! Buwisit!

So gusto niya gawing drug at gambling capital of the world ang Pilipinas. Lumabas din ang totoo.

Have the Boracay residents given their okay to a casino project? If so, it will entail enormous will power from the local government, volunteers from the community and businesses to organize and police Boracay against all types of man-made waste leading to pollution.

Former Kalibo Mayor Johnny Dayang says a number of residents of Aklan oppose the proposed expansion of casino operations in Boracay.

Is this how they think right now, Pasugalan imbis na tulong at mga plano on how we can alleviate the lives of many poor Filipinos!? Ang pasugalan creates crimes, pagkasira ng pamilya at pagkatao, lalo na at lulong na sa bisyo!

Tama naman pala ang info ni Trillanes na may plano ang gobyerno magtayo ng casino sa Boracay. Pinasungalingan ito ng gobyerno noon. Hindi ko makalimutan ang balita noon..

In 2018, Duterte ordered all casinos in Boracay to cease operations. No casinos operate in Boracay Island after Pagcor revoked the franchises of casino operators there in 2018. Hehe the real reason bakit kuno lilinisin tapos ang daming tinaboy na negosyante kasi tatayuan pala ng mga bagong casino.

Ang galing, ni rehab ang Boracay para makapag operate ng casino! Hay Buhay!!!!!!!!

He cleaned up Boracay as he claims, but then again he’s about to create a bigger mess. CASINO VULTURES TO SWARM BORACAY! Trying to beautify Boracay was one thing but setting up casinos in land reformed-areas there is ridiculous! Boracay’s ruination is forthcoming!

That was the plan all along. We were taken for a ride - Boracay rehab my foot.! A friend with benefits is again probably involved here.

The 6-month closure of Boracay purportedly for "envi rehab" in 2018, was a smokescreen in making the island as the elite gambling hub resort in the country.

If you talk to the locals, they already know that a Chinese tycoon bought a huge plot of land somewhere in the island. The "cleaning" is part of the plan inorder to start building these casinos.

Cleaned Boracay to lay down the red carpet for a Chinese consortium to build a casino. 

Iba ka, Duterte! Punuin ninyo na lang ng casino ang Davao! Walang paki ang mga taga Aklan!

Huwag nyong pakialaman ang isla nila!

And where will the income be coming from? It’s going to be years until any of is operational? Monster application fees?

Senator Nancy Binay believed that allowing casinos in Boracay will be in contrast with the government’s efforts of rehabilitating the island. She also doubted that casinos would significantly contribute to the Philippines’ revenues.

Mas marami pa mga corruptions diyan. Siguro ang may-ari ay mga Chinese friends ni Duterte.

There wouldn't be any need for "additional funds" if government departments spent the funds that they had properly and honestly.

I really don't see a valid reason why there should be a casino in Boracay. Unless they want to have a surge of COVID-19 cases on the island.

Hmm, opening a casino during a pandemic where the gathering of a group of people in enclosed, probably air conditioned, areas can have fatal results.

The priority of this government is beyond insane. Giving a go signal for a casino to run in Boracay in the middle of the highest number of covid cases is unbelievable! 

Kailangan na kailangan niya ng pera pang pondo ng election campaign niya. Kailangang kumita na, at pipiliting manalo, siguradong magulo ang eleksyon 2022!! 

If you're still blinded until now, you need divine intervention already! Lord help the Philippines!
