In the main event, The Ring and WBC Super Flyweight World Champion Srisaket Sor Rungvisai will defend his boxing world title. In addition, Thailand’s biggest and brightest martial arts talents are set to take the stage and showcase their incredible skills.

Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, The Ring and WBC Super Flyweight World Champion, stated: “I am happy and honored to take part in this historical ONE Championship's event. I was at ONE Championship's event in Bangkok earlier this year, and it blew my mind with its world class production, entertainment, and fights. I would also like to thank everyone who made this possible. With ONE Championship opening its doors for athletes like me to showcase our talent on the global stage, it means a lot. Srisaket Sor Rungvisai is one of Thailand’s most celebrated pugilists in history, winning the prestigious WBC Super Flyweight World Championship on two occasions. Holding a professional record of 45-4-1 with 40 knockouts, Sor Rungvisai is ranked No. 6 on the pound-for-pound best boxers list of The Ring Magazine. After regaining the WBC Super Flyweight World Championship in March 2017 and then successfully defending it twice in the USA, Sor Rungvisai will defend his WBC World Title in ONE Championship's historical event in Thailand.

BDO Bags BSP "Hall of Fame" Accolade for PhilPaSS; Retains Top Rank for Remittance

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has conferred BDO Unibank with a Hall of Fame award under the “Outstanding PhilPaSS Participant Servicing Customer ePayments-Commercial Bank” category during the recently concluded 2018 BSP Stakeholders Awards.

PhilPaSS is a real time gross settlement system that enables individual settlement of payment instructions and at the same time, allows high-value payments through the deposit accounts they maintain with the BSP.

Under the PhilPaSS or Philippine Payments and Settlements System category, the BSP recognizes a participant bank’s performance in terms of volume, frequency, and value of remittances and Customer ePayments transactions sent to PhilPaSS for processing and settlement.

BDO also maintained its top ranking as the “Commercial Bank that Generated the Largest Overseas Filipino Remittances; was named the “Outstanding Partner Bank in the BSP’s Clean Note Policy Campaign”; and an “Outstanding Regional Partner” for the bank’s Cash Hub Center in Bacolod.

Power Mac Center Pioneers iPhone Display Repairs in PH

Power Mac Center’s Apple Authorized Service Provider is now offering replacement repair services for damaged iPhone display screens. It is the first Service Center in the country to do so. Coverage includes cracked screens and broken displays or any related issues.

Customers with iPhone 6s or later models can take advantage of the new offering exclusively available at Power Mac Center branches in Glorietta 5 and The Annex at SM City North EDSA. Only Apple Certified Engineers are allowed to handle the repairs and only genuine Apple parts are used.

The turnaround time for repair depends on the availability of replacement stocks and the diagnosis. Meanwhile, price starts at P11,025.00 (inclusive of diagnostics fee and replacement parts) and varies depending on the unit. Payment may be made through cash, debit, or straight or installment basis for 3 months with 0% interest for select credit cards.

As part of Power Mac Center’s commitment to provide customer-focused service, it is also offering Express Service or same-day repair for an additional fee of P1,000.00. As a special treat, all clients who avail of the new service will be given exclusive discounts on iPhone screen protectors and protective cases redeemable at the said branches.
