Mega Fashion Crew 2 Takes it to the Extreme




ONE MEGA GROUP brings back MEGA FASHION CREW, the reality show that shows you what it takes to be in fashion. The reality TV show counterpart of Mega, Philippines’ best fashion magazine, takes it to the extreme this season—the stakes are higher and the challenges are tougher. The search for the best photographer, fashion stylist, make-up artist, hair stylist and model continues as MEGA FASHION CREW 2, Extreme Edition begins this November. Every episode takes each of the contestants to the limit.

WWF-BPI Business Risk Assessment and the Management of Climate Change Impacts Study


World Wide Fund (WWF) and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Foundation embarked on a partnership to undertake a Business Risk Assessment and the management of Climate Change Impacts study to determine the climate change impacts on selected key cities in the country. Given the climate volatility and our lack of capacity to accurately track its sequence, the ability to be able to adapt to these changes is an essential asset. This study will also help the government institutions, businesses, schools, NGOs, and other sectors of the society to craft long term climate-appropriate initiatives ranging from skills, infrastructure and technology that will be able to meet the needs of to the present and future generations.

The study was first conducted in 2011 which focused on the cities of Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Iloilo. This year, the study taps on the cities of Cagayan De Oro, Dagupan,Laoag and Zamboanga.

On November 8, Thursday, at the Aurelio Montinola, BPI Foundation President and CEO, Randy Maranan, BPI Foundation Executive Director, Jose Ma. Lorenzo Tan, WWF Philippines CEO and Vice Chairman LGU Representatives (CDO, Dagupan, Laoag and Zamboanga) will present the WWF-BPI Business Risk Assessment and the Management of Climate Change Impacts Study.
