Building on its successful debut, the Industrial Management Engineering Society (IMES) proudly presents AI Expo 2025: Ally for a Smarter Future—a premier event designed to deepen understanding and highlight groundbreaking applications of AI across education and industry. The expo will be held onsite on July 19, 2025 (Saturday) from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the Br. Andrew Gonzales Hall, 20th Floor Multipurpose Room, with a simultaneous online stream available exclusively to participants from external partner organizations.

AI is no longer a far-off concept. It is embedded in the way we shape decisions and enhance the way we experience the world. With this, IMES’ AI Expo 2025 brings this reality to the forefront, focusing on how artificial intelligence serves as an everyday assistant that helps us navigate life more efficiently and productively. The event aims to equip students with a deeper understanding of AI, not just as a technological advancement but as a valuable companion in the way we live, learn, and work.

Continuing its tradition of featuring esteemed professionals, IMES will host speakers with real-world experience in both AI and Industrial Engineering — Mr. Allan Tan, Ms. Carla Joy Haboc, and Ms. Fleire Castro — who will be sharing their valuable insights and experiences on topics such as workforce augmentation, ethical use of AI and AI-driven supply chain optimization, offering students a closer look at the role of AI in shaping the future.

For the first time ever, AI Expo will feature a Case Competition, a new milestone that challenges participants to think critically and work together creatively. Teams of four to five members will develop AI-powered solutions that demonstrate how artificial intelligence can enhance, rather than replace, human creativity. Their outputs will be assessed by a distinguished panel of judges: Dr. Ezekiel Bernardo, Ms. Rochelle Fajardo, and Mr. Allan Tan.
