Or maybe when popular celebrities take interest on owning homes in the same community. Now wouldn't it be such an amazing bragging right to say my neighbor is a famous television host, a basketball superstar, or a teen heartthrob from a daily "teleserye?" The value of your property will surely be skyrocketing all the way into space!

This is why smart individuals with the financial affluence, or the extra money to spare, would always consider buying properties as an investment even if they already have several homes. Nothing beats owning a piece of land or house that you can either use or sell in the future.

A few days ago, exactly about one week before another schedule property trip, we headed off to Crown Asia Ponticelli Gardens located along Daang Hari in Alabang.

Crown Asia Ponticelli at Vista City has expanded once more. Phase 3 continues to provide not only homes but lifestyles like no other. This where necessity, beauty and joyful memories will breathe side by side.

It was not my first time there because I was also part of the team who visited the property during the launch of the extension to the property consultants. After a few months, there are now some visible roads constructed at the site. The project is fast approaching completion soon and was really amazed how the fast the development was.

At the current Ponticelli,  we were shown two model houses, Murano (155 sqm) and Lladro (211 sqm), so we can imagine what it would be like owning the homes. Of course the houses were elaborately setup with amazing interiors to look its best so we can see the full potential of the properties.

They say you can say a lot about the person by the way he or she decorates their homes, and with enough creativity and resourcefulness, even a small space can look marvelous. What an awesome experience to be able to step into grand and luscious homes even for a moment. While we took photos and videos of the homes, you would have probably saw me pause for a while and daydreamed of being a proud owner of the home. Hopefully, it would not remain a dream for anything is possible if we really want something, and would work hard enough to attain it.

It was so tempting to lie down on the beds of the model houses at Ponticelli Gardens. I can't show you everything here so you just have to visit our official Facebook fan page to see the rest of the homes.

The model houses offer us many decorative ideas on how we can make the interior of our homes a lot pleasant to live in. It is so comforting to come home and rest after more than eight hours at work and traffic.
