Joyful Frog Digital Incubator (JFDI) is a leading start-up accelerator that Infocomm Investments has partnered to run accelerator programmes in Singapore for innovation-driven, tech product start-ups.

This partnership is the first-of-its-kind in Singapore, where Infocomm Investments’ entry as an anchor investor helps scale-up acceleration programs and build a strong pipeline of high quality, tech product start-ups able to scale globally.

On the 19th – 20th of June 2014, Infocomm Investments team members will be visiting Manila to drive awareness among tech teams & start-ups for JFDI (Joyful Frog Digital Incubator), an accelerator program run in partnership with Infocomm Investments. The team will also be keen to meet startups seeking Series A or B investment.

JFDI is the first accelerator in Southeast Asia to bring to the region the winning formula for boosting start-up success pioneered by Techstars in the United States. JFDI takes teams of entrepreneurs from idea to investment in 100 days, with greater than 60% success raising an average S$650,000 per team.

Its unique strength lies in its ability to join up different elements of the ecosystem who all share an interest in exploring and creating value through innovative technology ventures. Selected start-ups get a S$25,000 cash investment, over S$100,000 in technical facilities, office accommodation, intensive mentoring and an introduction to more than 100 active early-stage investors, who are invited for the pitches on Demo Day.

Entrepreneurs and teams thinking of joining the JFDI Accelerator program or looking to raise Series A/B rounds, are encouraged to pitch. Everyone is welcome and will be given the opportunity. Through 1-on-1 interaction with Infocomm Investment team members, founders / teams have the opportunity to receive feedback for creating, growing and funding a tech startup.

Guidelines

• Pitches are to be carried out in English only. [We appreciate your understanding.]
• Startups are free to pitch using laptops or mobile devices.
• Entrepreneurs/teams will be scheduled for a 15 minute pitching session at the above mentioned location.
