For years, National Geographic Explorer-Philippines aims not just to conserve the environment but also to educate and cultivate children with the 21st century learning materials in connecting the world to the classroom for a more engaging learning atmosphere between the students and the teachers.

As a global brand that teaches environmental education, The National Geographic Explorer-Philippines would like to inspire people to care about our planet, and they want the Pre-Service and In-Service teachers to be part of the movement.

Thus they proudly present a seminar titled E3 Pedagogy in Learning: Interactive Approaches Improving Classroom Instructions and Methodologies for Millennial Learners. The seminar will be on November 22, 2014 from 1 to 5 pm and will share tips and techniques for K-12 Teachers to find ways to become an innovative leader to the students in order to make these children life-long learners.The event will be held at the 3rd Floor Auditorium, Kaban ng Hiyas Building City of Mandaluyong.

As an update to all fans of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Asia’s largest mixed martial arts organization with a 90% market share, ONE Fighting Championship (ONE FC), has announced in a press release that they have added three more bouts to the latest blockbuster event, ONE FC: WARRIOR’S WAY.

Eduard Folayang returns to action to take on the streaking Timofey Nastyukhin, who is riding a nine-fight winning streak. Former WBO and IBA boxing champion Ana Julaton will also see action on the card as she faces Egypt’s Walaa Abas. The event will also see a clash of striking styles as Wushu world champion Rene Catalan goes up against Muay Thai world champion Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke. ONE FC: WARRIOR’S WAY is set to take place at the state-of-the-art MOA Arena in Manila on 5 December.

CEO of ONE Fighting Championship, Victor Cui, stated, “ONE Fighting Championship has taken over Asia this year with blockbuster shows all over the continent! ONE FC will return to Manila with one of our most stacked cards to date and the night will feature three martial arts champions from the Philippines. Eduard Folayang is one of the most popular sports figures in the Philippines. A Wushu practitioner, the former school teacher transitioned to mixed martial arts and has an impressive record of 14 wins and four losses so far in his career. He has proven his caliber in two recent wins, defeating highly touted star Vincent Latoel and the former ONE FC Lightweight World Champion, Kotetsu Boku.

Held last October 24 – 26 at the very scenic and sheltered Camp Benjamin, Alfonso, Cavite.

GOLTS 2014, with this year’s theme “TURBULENCE: Building a Leader’s Success Amid Challenges” assembled over hundreds of participants who took part in a 3-day Hunger Games-inspired training summit. This enabled our participants in sourcing their inner Katniss and Peeta as they went through different challenges and on-hand leadership drills.
