Azad Kashmir offers a feast to viewers. There are lush green forests, pretty lakes, and serene waters of valleys namely Jhelum, Leepa, Neelum, and Sharda.

Lahore has the Mughal Empire legacies, beautiful parks, gardens, majestic mosques, forts, and scrumptious food.

When you are not sleeping enough, leptin levels plummet, and even if you eat well, you’re feeling of satisfaction is almost imperceptible - or totally absent.
