This limited-time event, “Flavors of Vietnam”, brings the bold, fresh, and heartwarming tastes of Vietnam straight to Manila – prepared by none other than Chef Thong, Chef de Cuisine of the acclaimed Oven D’or Restaurant at Sheraton Hanoi. With over 20 years of culinary experience across global cuisines and a passion for authentic Vietnamese cooking, Chef Thong is set to delight guests with dishes that are both traditional and inventive.
From comforting bowls of Pho to crispy Hanoi spring rolls, tangy tamarind soft-shell crab, and rich galangal-braised fish, each dish is made with the chef’s signature flair for flavor, balance, and presentation.
