P.A. Petroleum Resources Inc., an affiliate company of P.A. Properties, proudly announces a significant achievement as it officially signed a new dealership contract with Caltex Philippines. The signing event marked the initiation of agreement, serving as the kickoff for the growing business partnership.

The agreement solidifies the partnership between Caltex Philippines and P.A. Petroleum Resources Inc. for an exciting new project in Idesia Lipa, Batangas. The Gasoline Station project, set to be completed by June 2024, will be situated on a 1,200sqm portion of the 2,756sqm overall property size in Lipa City, Batangas.

Upon completion, the Gasoline Station will feature additional developments, including various commercial spaces, which will compliment all of the future commercial development and offerings in the vicinity.

This collaboration with Caltex Philippines marks the beginning of a strategic partnership, with future projects anticipated in Caloocan, Pampanga, and other stand-alone locations. P.A. Properties looks forward to the positive impact this venture will have on sales, benefiting both the residential and commercial sectors in Idesia Lipa, Batangas.

Inspired by the essence of embracing joy and lightness in life, "Kiliti" encapsulates Seora's personal experiences and journey with his partner, blending elements of lo-fi and R&B. Delving deeper into the song's inception, Seora discloses that "Kiliti" was sparked by an unexpected source—the ending theme song, "Kigeki" or "Comedy," from Season 1 Part 1 of the acclaimed anime SPY x FAMILY. He explains, “I'm a huge fan of 'SPY x FAMILY' and its ending theme by Gen Hoshino. The idea for 'Kiliti' sparked when my partner and I shared a playful moment of tickling while watching the show. . The lyrics of "Comedy" are sweet and sincere, particularly the chorus, which further motivated me to create a similar vibe. That's where I got the idea—what if I make a song like this? That was one of my reasons for creating 'Kiliti.'"

The shift from Mark Brando to Seora symbolizes a change in artistic expression, showcasing an exploration of diverse genres. Seora's commitment to musical innovation shines through the intricate composition and melodies of "Kiliti," inviting listeners into a realm of musical euphoria.
