Inaugural Resort under Curio Collection by Hilton to Launch in Vietnam

Hilton, one of the world’s fastest-growing hospitality companies, has signed a management agreement with one of Vietnam’s leading hospitality and real estate development company Sun Group to launch a new resort under Curio Collection by Hilton in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. Curio Collection, a portfolio of over 100 handpicked hotels and resorts around the world, provide a one-of-a-kind stay experience with distinctly unique amenities and services, while backed by the Hilton name.

Set to open in Phu Quoc in 2023, the 197-key La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton, will represent Hilton’s first resort in the country, joining three other Hilton-managed hotels in Vietnam including Hilton Hanoi Opera, Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi and Hilton Da Nang.

Guy Phillips, senior vice president, development, Asia and Australasia, Hilton, said, “As the largest island in Vietnam renowned for its pristine beaches, Phu Quoc is part of the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve and is an emerging tourist destination in Vietnam. With flight capacity to the island growing at almost 20% over the five years prior to the outbreak of the pandemic, we are optimistic it will remain one of the most sought-after resort destinations in the region for travellers when borders reopen.”

Located 20 kilometers from the Phu Quoc International Airport, the resort will sit within the Sun Premier Village Primavera, a local tourist attraction which reflects elements of the iconic Amalfi town of Italy. Facing the island’s popular Kiss Bridge and within close proximity to the Gondola Cable Car station, the resort will feature bold Mediterranean-inspired architecture and join an array of restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities in the vicinity. Guests at the resort will have incomparable views of the sunset and ocean and enjoy direct access to the beach.

The uniquely-designed La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton will feature architecture and design reflective of its immediate surroundings. Guests who prefer to dine in the resort will have access to a wide selection of cuisine from an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby lounge and a bar. Travellers opting to stay in can enjoy the resort’s pool, fitness centre and spa, while young guests can spend their time in the kids’ club.

Hilton currently operates three hotels in Vietnam: Hilton Hanoi Opera, Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi and Hilton Da Nang, with nine hotels in its development pipeline in the country including Hilton Saigon which will mark the entry of the flagship Hilton brand into Ho Chi Minh City when it opens.

Contracts for New Clients

You will always be attracting and working with new clients for the growth of your business. You won’t always find nice and professional people who would value your services and pay what is your right. There are many unprofessional businessmen out there who don’t give any value to ethics. Prepare a contract for all your new clients before starting any work with them. You should write all terms and conditions, durations, and payment schedules in this agreement and have them sign it.

Contracts for New Projects

Even with existing clients you should use a contract before starting any new project. The document should contain details of the project and how the parties will pursue it. You can make just one agreement that is automatically implemented on all future projects, but that is likely to have many loopholes in it. Employment Contracts

I've just read Paolo Contis' side of the story. I just have to say that THIRD PARTY, no matter how couples deny it, will always be on top of the reasons why relationships fail. When one cheats, it's trust that is lost right away.

"Wish I could've done better." in one word this is REGRET. 

So many times we take our relationships for granted and we abuse the love given to us. Reaching the point of regret is a good kick in the butt and a deep stab in the heart. You are alive, but dead inside.

On the other hand, LJ did herself a favor. You can't be stuck with a man who makes you feel less. You don't even need him to complete you. I know many single mothers out there and frankly, they are a lot happier. They have more peace of mind.

Honestly, why do people cheat? Why do people hurt the ones who love them unconditionally. Hindi ko maintindihan.

You never laid a finger on them physically. But emotionally, you broke them. All of them. 

Paolo Contis' reaction statement is nothing but a gaslighting to LJ Reyes. Notice how he started it with how he was bashed & disrespected due to LJ's interview? When he can explain stuff without even mentioning it.

It's kinda frustrating how Paolo Contis kept on defending those people involved instead of making apologies to LJ. His statement's goal was not to really ask for forgiveness to LJ but to defend Yen, Lolit, and Cristy. I don't know if it is just me.

As a friend? Baguio? Subuan? Holding hands while walking???

You know what, as much as I hate cheating men, women who allow themselves to be sidechicks are the worst breed. Paolo Contis and Yen Santos can go.

Real men cannot be stolen and decent women do not steal. LJ Reyes will get through this stronger. You can’t put a good woman down.

And please lang ha, tigil tigilan na sana nitong mga cheaters na ‘to yung “outgrow” excuses. Coward men use the “outgrow” card to justify their ways of cheating.
