So anong basis ng pagdeclare ng GCQ initially? Sino yung kinonsulta during that time? Did they even consider na by announcing GCQ, businesses will start preparing for reopening? Only to find out 5 hrs. before the supposed implementation of GCQ na MECQ pala talaga.

i like to believe na there's a special place in hell for someone like Roque.

Bakuna? Sa NCR lang meron, yung iba delayed pa! kung makasabi siga akala niya nandiyan lang bakuna at ang tao ang may ayaw! Wow Roque! Tanong mo kay Governor Remulla kung sapat bakuna sa probinsya niya? Sa ibang parte ng bansa halos magmakaawa mga LGU na bigyan sila.

Sabihin niya na huwag mainip doon sa mga nakapila ngayon sa ospital, naghahanap ng tatanggap na ospital. Sabihn niya yung mga pamilyang alalang alala dahil nasa ICU mga mahal nila sa buhay. Grabe, ang lala niya. Totoo pala yung utak demonyo.

In other words. Dasal dasal lang guys. Walang solusyon manggagaling sa mga ito.

Actually, marami na pong namatay sa paghihintay na matapos ang pandemyang ito.

The Philippines was literally used by my public policy professor as an example of an authoritarian administration that has an extremely botchy pandemic response. Saang planet nakatira si Harry Roque?
