I heard that a fellow blogger, Lawrence Chan, was invited as guest speaker for an event happening on October 18 Friday at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) located in Gen. Luna Street of Intramuros, Manila. The exact venue is at the Bulwagang Leandro V. Locsin of NCCA.

This will definitely be an interesting event as I am very familiar of the knowledge and capacity of Lawrence Chan and the scope of his expertise regarding many fields of interests. He will be representing the Royal Postal Heritage Tour as speaker alongside the likes of honorable Alfredo Lim, Atty.
