OMG! Here are the Yahoo OMG! Awards Winners #OMGAwardsPH

Wazzup Pilipinas!

It was a night of glamour as celebrities walk the purple carpet on their way to the Yahoo OMG! Awards!

But wait, there's a stop-over before going into the VIP section. Interviews by the official Yahoo OMG! resident interviewer and other broadcast TV reporters from the popular networks plus a new set of interview and photo ops with the comedy trio (how lucky those guys were being able to have group and individual shots with the stars. I love their work! I am so envious!

Afterwards, we proceed to the VIP section where celebrities, along with selected guests, can get to sit comfortably and dine n drink from a caterer setup for the elite guests.

I got not because I was part of the selected guess with all access pass but because I had a friend inside who let me in. So I might as well laugh my heart out coz I get to mingle with the stars up close and get to watch them walk towards the stage to receive their Yahoo OMG! Awards!

Camiling, Tarlac : A Summer That's Better Late Than Never

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Everyone deserves a meaningful summer vacation.

Summer vacation usually starts at the end of March and ends at the first week of June. In this limited period of time, how can we say that we’ve already spent our vacation wisely? What do we really mean in saying “meaningful summer vacation”?

Maybe some of us would answer that meaningful summer vacation means doing things that would make you enjoy life. Some would say it means to experience travelling to unusual places but for me, a meaning vacation simply means having time with important people in your life. And that’s how I spent my vacation.

Goddess of Agriculture

Wazzup Pilipinas!

The great Olympian goddess of the earth is Demeter and more as the goddess of producing fruit, and consequently of agriculture, whence human food or bread. She was looked upon also as the goddess of marriage and was worshipped especially by women. Demeter was depicted as a mature woman, often crowned and holding sheaf of wheat and a torch.

Demeter was the daughter of Cronus and Rhea, and sister of Hestia, Hera, Aides, Poseidon, and Zeus. Like the other children of Cronus she was devoured by her father, but he gave her forth again after taking the emetic which Metis had given him.

As agriculture is the basis of a well-regulated social condition, Demeter is represented also as the friend of peace and as a law-giving goddess.
