Property Expo Cebu 2015: Top Real Estate Developers at the Biggest Expo in the Queen City of the South

Wazzup Pilipinas!

After a successful launch of Property Expo Philippines at the SMX Convention Center in Manila last year with 88 exhibiting companies in 1,115 sqm of exhibit space and 10,138 attending visitors, Mediacom Solutions Inc. and Lamudi Philippines are glad to bring their show to the Queen City of the South via Property Expo Cebu on July 18–19, 2015 (Saturday and Sunday), at the Cebu Trade Hall, SM City Cebu. The expo will be participated by some of Cebu’s top property developers and real estate product and service suppliers.

Property Expo Cebu 2015 is presenting the biggest and best property deals for homebuyers and real estate investors based in Cebu and neighboring provinces. Visitors can have the chance to also meet face-to-face with top property developers and various real estate product and service suppliers during the two-day event. The event will have over 40 exhibitors in 650-sqm exhibit space and expects over 10,000 visitors.

Why Cebu?

Cebu is one of the most developed provinces in the Philippines, and its capital, Cebu City, is the Visayas region’s hub for commerce, trade, education, and industry. The province has over 20 IT parks and nine economic zones, while Cebu City itself boast top-notch infrastructure.

Cebu, Philippines
Not only is Cebu a progressive province, it is also a popular tourist destination. According to data from the Department of Tourism, 3.02 million tourists, both local and foreign, visited Cebu in 2014. White-sand beaches, dive sites, and thriving nightlife and shopping scene are just some of the province’s major draws.

It is for this reason that property developers have foreseen and have responded positively to the demand for both residential and commercial real estate. Business developments are on the rise in Cebu and the local governments have been quick to take action on its needs.

Condominiums, high-end resorts, office towers, and shopping complexes are continuously being built to meet the needs of Cebu’s visitors, investors, and residents alike. The real estate sector has also been sensitive to the needs of the consumers: lower down-payment schemes, rent-to-own offers, and more housing choices suited to their needs will be showcased during the expo.

Before heading to the Property Expo Cebu, visitors are also invited to the Property Summit Cebu, to be held on July 17 (Friday), from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Topics to be discussed during the summit include Real Estate Outlook: Cebu and the Visayan Region, Commercial Property for Retail and F&B Businesses, Cebu as Asia’s Leisure, Retirement, Tourism, and Residential Hotspot, Cebu Office Sector for New Businesses, and Digital Marketing for Real Estate.

During the Property Expo on July 18 (Saturday), meanwhile, licensed real estate professionals are invited to get enlisted in the Property Academy Cebu, which will provide exciting learning programs by PRC-accredited real estate lecturers and speakers. The Academy will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Conference Center of the Cebu Trade Hall, SM City Cebu.

On the same day, there will also be a Property Conference Cebu, which will feature industry talks by top property developers and real estate product and service suppliers in an interactive session. The Conference will run from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Conference Center of the Cebu Trade Hall, SM City Cebu. A portion of the proceeds of the event will go to Habitat For Humanity.

  7. These units need to be checked in all common areas each month to ensure the filters are clean. Leaking faucets are often inexpensive to repair when the problem first starts, but might become more than a plumbing problem if ignored. Trees touching roofs can eventually lead to a leak. It is best to keep all trees trimmed so they do not lie on roofs or against the sides of buildings. parc botannia
