Shooting at NAIA : No CCTV, No Worry? OMG!

Wazzup Pilipinas!
"The former head of the Philippine National Police-Aviation Security Group is blaming Manila International Airport Authority general manager Jose Angel Honrado for the bloody shooting at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport-Terminal 3.
Napoleon Cuaton, who is now mayor of Saint Bernard, Southern Lyte, said Honrado should resign after the failed security measures at the airport cost the lives of four people.

The gunman who opened fire on Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur Mayor Ukol Talumpa at the arrival area last week went through an inspection, which Cuaton claimed lacked police presence.

"Inalis na ng GM ng airport ang responsibilities ng PNP-Aviation diyan sa checkpoint. In-allow lang niya ang private security na mag-man ng checkpoint,” said Cuaton."- ABS-CBN News Online
Napanood ko at narinig ang interview over the phone kay Jose Angel Honrado ni Noli de Castro sa TV Patrol. My goodness!!!

I've seen him handle interviews. He is very arrogant and self-centered. Masyadong bilib sa sarili at parang akala mo laging siyang tama. So far no significant improvements in MIAA.

SHAME ON YOU, HONRADO. You are not capable to do a good and decent job.

You should not resign... you should be fired!

This has been a perennial problem, giving positions to retired generals as GM of NAIA. Most of these officials are from the Air Force....kung yun Philippine Air Force hindi nga maayos ng mga heneral nila....paano pa kaya ang NAIA? Kaya up to now ay worst airport pa rin in the world tayo because of mismanagement of these retired generals who are not qualified for such positions to manage an international airport.

Since this is an international airport everything in this place should have international security measures at all its areas. The security of the passengers/people is a MUST concern by the authorities. People in authority should use their full responsibility to secure the entire area especially now that the Philippines is considered a new economic zone/market by other countries. Let the love for the country and countrymen be felt......for a new beginning for a new Philippines.

Magkano ba yung CCTV CAMERA? Mahal ba yun? Ibig sabihin mas mayaman pala yung kapitbahay namin kaysa sa airport? Ganun ba yun? Timawang airport.

The CCTV isn't the real issue. It's the Philippines' lazy, corrupt and inefficient culture.

If the police are doing their job to safeguard us efficiently and the judicial system to make sure these criminals are brought to justice swiftly, we won't be a country of jokers. Kaso yung mga pulitiko natin that were tasked to shape and amend our laws to be more efficient ay puro BOPLOKs at BUWAYAs. Saan ka pa.

At the airport, some of their security guards are incompetent. Some of them are busy doing their "pasalubong po style". So sad to say but they also tend to do this to the foreigners who visit our country. What a shame. It's not a surprise for me that we had the worst airport status.
Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the World sabi ni Nelson Mandela.
Yung dalawang incompetent public officials should be fired by El Presidente Pnoy. Just sitting in their air-conditioned rooms in Camp Crame and NAIA at nagpapalaki ng tiyan at bayag.

  1. This article only shows that we really lack security measures in NAIA, in my opinion, we do not deserve having the worst airport in the world, that is why officials who are in power must remedy this problem and devise new ideas on how to reinforce our security systems inside NAIA. All in all I conclude that this crime could have been way much easier to solve if we have the CCTVs installed....so now I hope this problem be solved.

  3. Despite the challenges at NAIA, positive change is attainable through effective leadership. It's crucial to appoint qualified individuals with a genuine commitment to international security standards. Let's hope for a brighter future for the Philippines, where competent leaders prioritize the safety and well-being of the people, fostering a new era of progress at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. abogado delitos sexuales nueva jersey
