Wazzup Pilipinas!
Nowadays, its really good if you could speak English and
talk to the world. But as a Filipino, we should not let our own culture be left behind.
In our school, we have this kind of event in which we celebrate the
pinoy culture called as Pistang Pinoy.
I could say that this year’s Pistang
Pinoy was the best because I felt the unity of our class as well as our batch.
Of course we were dressed in Filipiniana and Barong Tagalog. The food, though only few, we still enjoyed it with our classmates.
The
best thing was when the whole batch ordered a cart street ice cream or what we
call as dirty ice cream. Anyone could get their own dessert. Actually it became
a buffet style ice cream.
Then we played at the corridor. I joined every
possible game that I could and did my
best to win. And I got a lot of candies after that.
