Andi Eigenmann is on the Cover of Rogue Magazine December 2013 Issue

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Would you agree with me when I say this has got to be the "weakest" cover of Rogue Magazine for 2013?

Don't get me wrong. I love Andi Eigenmann, but the fact that this happens to be the year end issue, one could have hoped that it will end with a blast - a cover that will try to be toppled off by next year's cover.

But it seems like I may be asking for too much, or I'm just not aware of the "international" standards of sleek and sexy super model posing. I'm probably just way less smart and over nit-picky.

The cover shows a beautiful face but sort of a deformed weak and frail body. "Bakit parang kuba?" one may ask.

Spanking Bad Apples in the Blogging Basket

Wazzup Pilipinas!

'Tis the season for Miley Cyrus to twerk Santa Claus and for everyone else to feel free to change their profile photos with the "unselfie", otherwise a certain Annebisyosa we can hide by the name of Anne Curtis might slap you and buy you, your friends, and Facebook too.

We normally rave or rant about movies like the Friday the 13th franchise, celebrities like Khloe Kardashian or Evangeline Lilly, politicos like Kim Jong Un or Barack Obama, and even as low as cursing irresponsible concert goers with a resounding "Puñeta!", but this time, as a convenience for Santa (we're applying as his helpful little elves), let's criticize bloggers who have been naughty and definitely not nice.

Their patay-gutom, token-loving, freeloading, sponsorship stealing, low readership, bad photograph, and pathetic grammar "blogs" days are numbered (but I think we are terribly outnumbered). Count on it. We're sick of a few rotten apples spoiling the collective reputation of a community of decent, committed, passionate bloggers whose sole intention is to simply share our honest experience with our readers.

The word's gone out. The evidence, recorded. Good riddance to their online stink bombs~ "Don't let the door hit you on your way out!"

Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines Serves Over 116,000 Yolanda Survivors

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines, the humanitarian arm of CBN Asia, has now served over 116,000 survivors of super typhoon Yolanda in its continued relief and rehabilitation efforts, medical missions, trauma counseling and listening ministry.

Partnering with different local and international organizations, Operation Blessing has successfully reached survivors in the remotest areas severely battered by Yolanda.

“In Samar, we have partnered with the La Salle group of medical practitioners composed of 12 doctors and eight nurses and together we did a medical mission in several remote villages. We have also complemented the efforts of the Israeli team which is doing its medical mission in Tacloban. We have also partnered with the DSWD in providing counseling sessions to the survivors as they struggle with their difficult situations. Our partner churches in Manila help us out in sorting used clothes for efficient distribution to the typhoon survivors,” said Dr. Kim Pascual, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Operation Blessing.
