Hyatt Regency Hotel for only until the 8th so be sure to drop by at Hyatt to indulge in a feast that's authentic Indonesian cuisines.
There's
Assorted Krupuk or Indonesian crackers,
Bebek Betutu or
Roasted Duck Wrapped in Banana Leaves,
Kol Sejuk (Shredded Cabbage, Bell Pepper, Shallot, with Chili Lime Dressing),
Sate Buntel Sapi or Minced Beef Satay,
Tambusan Be Pasih or Steamed Mackerel in Banana Leaves,
Sate Ikan or Seafood Satay,
Sate Lilit or Minced Seafood Satay,
Sate Sapi or Beef Satay, or
Sate Ayam or Chicken Satay, plus desserts found in Indonesia like
Pisang Rai and
Kue Wajik
Of course, add with it several other choices that has made buffet an awesome festive dining experience.
But you need to drop everything right now because the
