I've got to tell you about this Macapuno brand that I discovered during an event that I attended a few days ago. Believe me, its the best Macapuno I've tasted so far....and very much willing to have some more of it even if I have to pay this time.

Yes! I got a taste of the delicious Macapuno for free, and Oh, boy was I very lucky. It was the best thing that ever lay on my taste buds. It was also pretty good on our favorite bread whether the "tasty" or the "pandesal", and even the "monay".

Mikey Bustos Filipino Social Media Tutorial

Funny YouTube video sensation Mikey Bustos is out with a new video entitled "Filipino Social Media Tutorial".

The video is a funny satire of social media issues relevant to the Filipinos in general.

Mikey talked about Anne Curtis being the most "followed" Filipino celebrity for having the most number of followers reaching more than 3 million already.

He said "She should run for President". Indeed , 3 million plus votes is almost a grand slam. Add to the fact that Filipinos are more attracted to the popularity of the candidate rather than the educational background, leadership capability, and moral beliefs.

SM Cyberzone Santa Rosa Laguna Launch

Did you know that you can just go to one place in a mall to find the latest gadgets available in the market. You don’t really need to do a lot of canvassing in many places because there’s a place in a mall where all the “tekkie” stores converge. It’s the Cyberzone located in most SM Malls.
The latest of which was recently launched in SM. Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Tekkie Tekkie Muna (Please come with me on a journey, siguradong di ka magsisisi), did you know that you can just go to one place in a mall to find the latest gadgets available in the market. You don’t really need to do a lot of canvassing in many places because there’s a place in a mall where all the “tekkie” stores converge. It’s the Cyberzone located in most SM Malls.

The latest of which was recently launched in SM. Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The above picture was the ribbon cutting led by celebrity-turned politician governor Dan Fernandez, and Arlene Arcillas, Mayor of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. It happened a few minutes after we arrived at the place, so I took some shots while we were waiting for the program to start.

We got there too early while the rest of the organizers where still in the works preparing for the blessing and the program proper. But we were already amazed of the neatness of the place, plus the availability of many stores which caters to almost all your “tekkie” needs.

Computers, gadgets, and whatever “tekkie” – they will surely have it! But let show you some more shots of the preparations done for the program.

Green and white balloons decorate the place – so the color of the day is indeed green and white!

Saying some prayers for the whole SM Cyberzone, a different priest with some special VIP SM Officials and guests

The priest eventually blessed all the stores in Cyberzone, starting with Xperia, the very first store at the right side of the entrance. Other stores in Cyberzone include TechnoKid, Globe, Green Telcom, CompLink, ComWorks, Memo Xpress, Ink All You Can, Asianic, Samsung, Games and Gadgets, Mega One, PC Express and CD-R King, and many other smaller booths located at the center of the Cyberzone.

We were then greeted by a lot of cosplayers with their fancy costumes mostly of superheroes like Ironman, Thor, Wolverine, Batman plus a lot of Transformers characters.

DJ Ara gave us some mixed beats to enjoy the rest of the afternoon while we wait for the afternoon program

Thanks to the organizers of the event plus their two student staff who picked us bloggers all the way from Makati, and brought us back from Laguna.
