SSS opens Short-Term Member Loan Condonation Program on November 15

Member-borrowers with past due short-term loans may apply for the Social Security System’s (SSS) Penalty Condonation Program via online using their My.SSS accounts starting November 15, 2021 up to February 14, 2022.

SSS President and Chief Executive Officer Aurora C. Ignacio said that the Short-Term Member Loan Penalty Condonation Program (STMLPCP) is part of the Pandemic Relief and Restructuring Programs being offered by SSS.

“We continue to respond to the needs of our members who were greatly affected during this pandemic. Through the STMLPCP,SSS offers conditional loan condonation by waiving their accumulated penalties once their loan principal and interest are fully paid.” Ignacio said.

Included in the program are those with outstanding Salary, Calamity, Salary Loan Early Renewal Program (SLERP), Emergency Loans and Restructured Loan under the Loan Restructuring Program (LRP) implemented in 2016 to 2019.


Qualified to apply are the following:

Members with short term member loans that are past due for at least six (6) months as of the first day of the condonation availment period; Members who have not been granted any final benefit such as permanent total disability or retirement; Members who have not been disqualified due to fraud committed against the SSS; Members who will file their final benefits application for permanent total disability or retirement, whose contingency date is on or before the last day of the availment period of the condonation program; Heirs or beneficiaries of deceased member borrowers who will file the death benefit application, whose contingency date is on or before the last day of the availment period of the condonation program; and For member-borrowers who will pay their consolidated loan under installment basis, their age must be under 65 years old at the end of the installment term. "We encourage our member-borrowers to avail of our short-term member loan condonation program. With this program, they can update their loans and avoid further accumulation of penalties,” Ignacio added. Pastor Apollo Quiboloy warns of deadlier virus variants if he is continued to be persecuted

Controversial Kingdom of Jesus Christ Church Pastor Apollo Quiboloy is at it again, this time warning the world to stop "persecuting" and "prosecuting" him or suffer more from the pandemic. He preached that the Omicron variant was an offshoot of the sex trafficking charges against him in the US. 

Quiboloy, a close friend and adviser to President Rodrigo Duterte, posted a link to the video on his Facebook page, where he referred to himself as the "Appointed Son."

He says the Omicron variant is God's punishment for persecuting him. Quiboloy claims his continued persecution will prompt more COVID-19 variants that are worse than the Omicron Variant. The Philippines' megachurch chief warns the whole world that the "Delta variant of COVID19 is only an introduction" if the world keeps "on hurting, persecuting, and harming the Appointed Son and the Kingdom". 

Common sense dictates that if the world doesn't have a worldwide plan of mass vaccination, this virus will just mutate in areas that have little to no vaccines. That's why rich countries should help poor ones also in the vaccination aspect or these mutations will keep on going.

The audacity of this fake religious leader to bring threat to the lives of Filipinos for the sake of self-preservation.

Quiboloy shouldn't drag us down to his foolish delusions.

The hysterical rant of Quiboloy just shows how scared he is. And he should be. I’ve never wished for anybody to be struck by lighting until this Quiboloy clown came along. Actually, that's a kind fate for Apollo. Eaten alive by maggots, probably? But the most painful cut would be to relegate him to oblivion. No worshippers. Just one deaf and mute person to keep him company for the rest of his life.

This the pink house at the Tamayong Prayer mountain of Quiboloy. They were accused of harassing lumads and even killing some, including a chieftain just to grab the poor tribe's ancestral lands. I don't know if the prayer mountain is part of that land

Allegedly, Quiboloy mobilized village officials and “offered” to buy the ancestral land of several families of the Bagobo Klata tribe for P10,000 or less. When the Lumad refused, Quiboloy resorted to harassment, intimidation & killings. 

The place is now like Neverland where there’s an entrance fee of 100 pesos if you want to enter the complex . During Christmas season, it becomes a Christmas village. There are decorations and all, and the entrance fee becomes 450 pesos.

Allegedly, this is also where “crimes” happen. Parents of the young victims have been reporting these to the Dutertes, sources say, but PDut will not allow any raid to happen. He is, then, an accomplice! I won't be surprised if his prayer mountain is paved with blood.

The news release coming from the District Attorney's office of California are sex trafficking cases against Quiboloy et al that were committed in his houses in California, Las Vegas and Honolulu. here's another alert Re: Quiboloy's church activities. Looking at Quiboloy’s US indictment sheet shows he owns ”large” houses in California, Nevada and Hawaii. Scammer amp bukod sa sex trafficker.

But matagal na ring may nangyayaring mga “himala” dyan sa  sa Tamayong Prayer mountain, according to some people in Davao.  And take note that the U.S. case is sex trafficking, so his victims must be from the Philippines - Filipino citizens brought to the US by the organization of Quiboloy to do "mission work" for his church. He destroyed the lives of these young women in the guise of religious rituals. 

Galit na galit si DU30 sa mga catholic bishops kasi he was “sexually abused” daw nung bata siya ng isang obispo… kaya spiritual adviser nya si Quiboloy. It's now a bit ironic.

May kaso na raw na nai-file laban kay Quiboloy sa Davao pero sa fiscal palang, laglag na ang kaso.

It's possible that the Philippine government might endlessly pursue the local case against Quiboloy just so he can avoid US extradition.

They know Quiboloy can escape the arm of the law in the Philippines but not in the US. They're basically protecting him by indicting him here.

According to Ding Velasco “Quiboloy's main source of funding from the US estimated to be at least $70,000 per month, will have a massive negative effect on Quiboloy's operations. Usually pinapalusot nila itong mga dolyar using either of the two jets owned by Quiboloy”

Quiboloy should face the charges head on and not be afraid if he truly has done nothing wrong. How dare he uses the name of God. However, I always find myself raising an eyebrow every time a Catholic finds the statement made by a head of a cult ridiculous. I hope the next generation can see through the sham that we call religion ...there, I was not afraid to say it..persecute me too?
