For as long as you can remember, you’ve been told to drink at least eight (8) glasses of water a day. As our bodies cope with different activities that have different levels of intensity, the need to keep hydrated is not simply satisfied by eight glasses. Most of the time, we need more, especially during summer when we sweat more often than usual.
