Find Out If Franchising Is For You

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Take a look in any street in the country and you will likely see a franchised business as more and more people are making the decision to engage in entrepreneurship.

One of the reason franchising has been so successful is that; a synergy is created between franchisor and franchisee. Together the two could achieve things that as individual business people they could not do. While there are many examples of successful franchises, buying a franchise is no guarantee of success. A great factor in franchising success is the personal traits of the franchisee. Here are some traits of successful franchisees.

1. Willingness to be a team player

The key to a successful franchise relationship is close cooperation between the franchisee and franchisor. The franchisor must take care of the interests of the franchise as a whole which may require complete cooperation in the part of the franchisee. The franchisee must also follow the system prepared by the franchisor. In the case of Aquabest, it appoints specialized franchise relations officers and customer care representatives to attend to the concerns and continuously build good ties with the franchisee. This means that Aquabest and its franchisees can work as a team to help each other succeed.

Filipina Boxers Turned MMA Fighters Ready for One FC: Warrior's Way

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Filipina boxers turned MMA fighters Ana Julaton and Jujeath Nagaowa are both set to show their wares on December at SM Arena.

ONE FC’s May event in Manila earlier this year was a successful endeavour, as both former professional boxers Jujeath Nagaowa and Ana Julaton earned victories and solidified their standing as leading belles of women’s MMA in the Philippines.

At ONE FC: WARRIOR’S WAY on December 5, they aim to put on a repeat performance. Both women will once again be in action on the same night. Nagaowa is set to face Cambodia’s Tharoth Sam while Julaton has a stern test in front of her against Egypt’s Walaa Abbas.

The ONE FC female mixed martial arts scene continues to thrive, especially with the addition of the two former boxers. Julaton previously won both the WBO and IBA Super Bantamweight titles in boxing.

Julaton then decided to try her hand in mixed martial arts and immediately fell in love with the sport. She has now enlisted the help of prominent wrestling coach Ricky Lundell to improve her grappling and is eager to showcase her newfound skills in her next fight.

Julaton is now set to fight in Manila for the second time, and will look to have her hand raised in victory once again in front of her fans in the Philippines.

Last night, Epson received the Gold Award for Excellence in Marketing Communications and the Silver Award for Excellence in Integrated Marketing (B2B). “We are thrilled to receive this recognition for our efforts from such a prestigious organization,” says Managing Director for Epson Southeast Asia, Endo Koichi. “Epson is redefining and challenging the printer category with the introduction of the original ink tank printers. The research data shows that ink tank printers are gaining market traction and disruption has started. We have a unique value proposition, what was needed in this region was a consistent message coupled with high brand and product visibility delivered through a cohesive media strategy.”
