Indoor Ultimate Developmental League 2014: The Thrill of Ultimate Frisbee Played Indoors

Are you a high school or college student who’s part of your school’s Ultimate Frisbee team? Do you want the thrill of Ultimate without the sun and scorching heat? Then we have great news for you!

At the end of January, the first ever Indoor Ultimate Developmental League will be held in the UP Diliman College of Human Kinetics Gym from January 31 to February 1, 2014.

What is Indoor Ultimate?

Well, it’s basically Ultimate played on a basketball court. It has basically the same rules and regulations but with alterations in terms of the playing area dimensions and the number of players on the playing area at a time.
