Globe Lands BGC Celebrates with Family Event on August 2-4

Globe Telecom is set to transform the Bonifacio High Street in Taguig City into an amusement park this weekend to celebrate the arrival of The Globe Tower in Bonifacio Global City as well as welcome a new Globe Store in its new corporate headquarters slated to open on August 6.

From August 2 to 4, 2013, Globe will convert a portion of the Bonifacio High Street into a big theme park complete with product demo booths and displays, interactive games, raffle activities, freebies and food treats, and nightly concert performances.

The three-day fun-filled family event is open to the public but Globe subscribers will be greeted with a slew of food treats and freebies.

You know that you are extremely busy when you keep on missing your appointments one after another because you fail to add them to your calendar of activities. Why? Because it's all filled up with so many invites to events, meetings, exhibits, launches, etc, that they couldn't find a place in my calendar anymore.

When you see your ice cream has turned into a milkshake, you have to worry already because you are missing out on delicious food. Who doesn't like ice cream here? I am surprised at myself I didn't finish up my sweet dessert and to sadly witness it melted already.

What I normally do is I type in codes or abbreviations of my appointments but sometimes I miss its meanings when I'm deep in a multitude of tasks.

But when I received an SMS or text message reminding me of a food review that very same day, I had to drop what I was doing because I wouldn't want to miss out on dining at this new restaurant called Cucina Ni Bunso. However, I will be extremely late because I received the text message 15 minutes after the supposed start time. Whoah!

The Anatomy of a Perfect Thin Crust Pizza, Only from Greenwich

Whenever I am out, first thing in my mind is food. Perfect for this rainy season is hot, thin and crispy pizza from Greenwich. It's the Social Media Launch of the official website for the 2nd laguna Blogging Summit and perfect for this launch is a place at Philfirst Building along Ayala avenue at Makati. The organizers came with the support of the Philippine Red Cross and Zoomanity Group under Robert Laurel Yupangco, the event went well especially with the yummy and delicious smell of food from Greenwich Pizza.

Personnel from Greenwich Pizza were very accommodating, they asked us first our choice for drinks while they were preparing the conference room. For days actually, I am craving for their thin crust pizza, their PR sent the pictures through email and yes, I am tapped right away.

Today’s pizza lovers have become more discriminating in their choices. Their preferences have leveled up to include not just the right topping but the crust as well. While some prefer to munch on thick crust, others opt for the crispier thin crust for a more flavorful feast.
