Wazzup Pilipinas!
After facing its most eventful and tough year yet, Intelegencia BPO surprisingly celebrated during the year end with its employees and partners.
The global pandemic, along with the corresponding GCQ, MECQ, and whatever quarantines or lockdown terms they called it that followed was truly challenging for the company because it brought numerous struggles since March 2020. The shutdown crippled both public and private transportation due to limitation in commuting and travelling, client business woes were plenty, and the restrictive “new normal” guidelines were some of the challenges that threatened to disrupt the productivity of the organization.
The HR outsourcing service provider proudly went through all these hurdles by
creating admirable solutions one challenge at a time.
The BPO implemented a
work-from-home arrangement and offered shuttle services to its work force after public
transportation became unavailable due to the nationwide quarantines strictly implemented by the government. It went a further notch up by also investing in its
very own shuttle vehicles.
Aside from the Year-End Party, Intelegencia also made the extra effort to create a happy environment for its employees through engagement activities designed to enhance and motivate their members' personal well-being. Some of this year’s projects include the Fitness Challenge, INTG Superheroes Contest, and the Music Icons Quiz Night.
Pandemic or not, it was still business as usual for the members of the company that offers international hr consulting services as we can't really afford to shutdown the world seemingly because of its global clients. Everyone in the team offered uninterrupted exemplified service to eventually churn out impressive results earning a client growth of 62 percent. The Intelegencia team even grew from 300 to 500 members by the
end of this year.
Donation drives to various communities affected by COVID19 situation and the recent typhoon disasters through the “Sharing Is Caring” program were also among the company's projects designed to help alleviate our kababayans sufferings.
2021 is hopefully the start of another productive new year for Intelegencia regardless of the continuing pandemic. Its management gives most of the credit to its notable success to its hardworking members. Founder and CEO Perry Chaturvedi was quoted saying “I didn’t know if we were going to survive as a company [and] as a group. But thankfully, Intelegencia globally survived. Intelegencia Philippines did outstanding this year.”
With that statement in mind, plus armed with fresh ideas
and a newfound determination, the Intelegencia team is driven to face 2021 aiming to achieve even
bigger goals.
