Property Access is a creation of real estate experts with the main objective of encouraging transactions using economic fundamentals. They offer unbiased and transparent information among real estate developers, sellers, buyers, agents, practitioners and provide valuable information available in the market.
The online portal that provides listings, historical pricing, quality leads among property players in the space of residential asset classed would be also be actively participating in organizing or being part of conferences, exhibitions, and events.
Based from what the people from Property Access shared during the media launch held on April 19, 2018 at the Harlan + Holden Glass House located outside Rockwell Power Plant in Makati, the new real estate portal based in Singapore (or was it Japan) offers a better interface and technology behind it to make the buying, selling and leasing as cost-effective as possible - easier and less costly while maintaining the highest level of service among users (as stated from their company mission).
They go further with their mission statement as they say they would continually innovate new ideas and technology to provide accurate and updated information, skilled analysis and sound real estate evaluation. This is a statement that is similar to their company vision in order to achieve transparent and systematic real estate ecosystem.
They list down how they plan to implement their vision" 1. Provide urbanized property investment data and analysis, 2. Develop a technological platform through extensive research that will in return benefit users, and 3. Equally value their customer service as well as their sophisticated technology.
I tried to understand their technology by interviewing their Head of Technology but I guess it was too complicated for me....and maybe the language barrier made it more difficult.
Our video interview with Hiroki Kazato, Chief Executive Officer of Property Access, as well as with Kylie Versoza, Co-Managing Director of Property Access and Miss International 2016, also shared more notable information for those who are interested enough to try their property dealings on this newest online platform. We failed to interview the Managing Ditrector Regina Recio due to lack of time since we needed to go already for another event. But had a great chat with one of the Property Access founders, Shiela Baylon so we got more information and a bottle of sparkling wine for our table.
The Property Access website contains a very simple user-friendly and self-explanatory search bar that would help you start finding the real estate based on your specific needs. The site would also feature articles worth reading to give you not only the latest developments in real estate but as well as agent profiles that you can contact and assist you in securing your future.
