BulSU Cinephilia (formerly known as Multimedia Division), an organization under Bulacan State University that specializes in Film Making, Photography and Creative Writing will be having our  Sine Bulacan Film Festival (SIBUL) IX on April 24, 2019 at Robinsons Place Movieworld Malolos, Bulacan. This event is our annual film festival that showcase the students passion for film making. It is  attended by some of the most renown film directors in the film industry that serves as the judges of the said festival.
