Chefs Rolando and Jacqueline Laudico, or more widely known as Chef Lau and Chef Jacqui of the famous Guevarra's by Chef Laudico and Patisserie Filipino, boasts of using only natural and fresh ingredients. The "pugon" oven or brick oven concept used in this fast food type but fine dining level of restaurant operation is remarkably the first, and a daring approach backed up by the culinary expertise of the Laudicos.
The signature dishes with complementary side dishes plus an amazing assortment of pastries will keep you coming back for more. The brand already has 4 branches, as of this writing, of which the first one was at the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati, the 2nd one at Venice Piazza in McKinley Hill Taguig, and the 3rd one at SM Sun Mall in Welcome Rotonda Quezon City.
The Laudicos are partnered with the family who owns the Quezon Poultry and Livestock Corporation so you are assured of fresh meat straight from the owners themselves.
So there you have it! Four branches of Che Lau's ugon Roasters are now up and ready to serve you, and they also informed me that they are soon opening a fifth branch at SM Light Residences sometime this November.
There's just no stopping real good food especially now that more people are getting conscious with their health. It's high time we choose the better kind of fast food that is so fast good!
