As a token for all participating students and as a means of giving back to the public for the very eventful year, UP NCPAG -SC brings you the OUTRAGE 2014: OASIS, a charity party for Yolanda survivors of Visayas, particularly UP Tacloban Students, this coming March 21, 2014 (10PM) – March 22, 2014 (3AM) at Toledo Building 277, Tomas Morato Ave. Corner Scout Limbaga St., Brgy. Laging Handa, Quezon City (Near Congo Grille).
