The Philippine government announcing MECQ a day before the implementation of GCQ.

So anong basis ng pagdeclare ng GCQ initially? Sino yung kinonsulta during that time? Did they even consider na by announcing GCQ, businesses will start preparing for reopening? Only to find out 5 hrs. before the supposed implementation of GCQ na MECQ pala talaga.

For the nth time. Dapat gumawa na  ng group chat ang mga sumusunod:

Kasi kawawa ang LGUs, small, medium & big businesses, mga mangagawa at ang taumbayan. 

This laban or bawi decision only shows, they do not have a concrete plan.

So kung ganito eh nagkakagulo na ang gobyerno, paano pa kaya yung procurement process na ginawa nila?

So kailan tayo magkakaroon ng MATINONG RESPONSE for this? Wala na bang ibang plano? Paulit-ulit na lang? Pabago-bago ng name ng community quarantine pero yung mga mamamayan pa rin yung mas kawawa.
