What makes a team effective?

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Iba rin kapag may team ka that does the shoots and editing for you...and you are focused only with coming up with the concepts or ideas, and just delegating the other tedious tasks to your team. Investing on a team whose interests does not conflict with yours.

Kanya-kanyang designated tasks focused only on their interests, and then combining all your efforts into one output.

Ok naman kung yung gusto lahat ay bida, but there should also be a division of specific tasks to make a collab work....or an agreement to support each other alternately....so everyone gets to be on the spotlight one at a time.

Better if identified ang strengths ng bawat isa so the team can take advantage of each other's strengths and work around their weaknesses....and not attempt to change or restrict their individual identities.

The hardest part is keeping the team together because of diverse factors and reasons. With some going separate ways because of situations beyond control or disagreements in principles or priorities, the challenge to keep going as planned will probably become futile or almost to the brink of death, but new teams will emerge if we don't stop dreaming.

I've gone through several "teams" but it seems so hard to keep us together due to differences in point of views....or intentions with each other's career or visions for our future, may it be to become more productive, profitable, contented, or for whatever reason we could think of. You are aware that I am talking objectively in general and not necessarily what happened to my own experience.

With regards to the people I've worked with over the past years as a blogger, we do still see and hear about each other but gone was the team that used to be intially strong as envisioned.

Whether I was at fault or it was somebody else's or it was everyone's, it doesn't really matter, or does it matter?

I guess we need to reflect one of these days to realize we need to give in or compromise to keep all things smooth and going. But we also need to be mutually in June with each other's contentions.

How about you? Do you have a team that helps you with your vlogging or are you a one-man-or-woman vlogging team?
