Sear Steak Scullery: Reward Yourself with Sumptuous Steaks You Can Even Cook Yourself

Wazzup Pilipinas!

If you want to impress someone really special, or reward yourself for a job well done, there's only one thing that comes in mind - steak!

Since it's always a great excuse to dine on great food when lunch or dinner time comes, where else should we spend our hard-earned money but at restaurants that will truly satisfy our taste and ease our hunger. Thus, we go to the very best resto every payday to munch on the best dishes that our money can buy.

Western-themed Sear Steak Scullery serves a wide range of premium and imported steak selections, coupled with modern Asian fusion dishes that will not disappoint you. The resto is also a great choice to bring your children for they will also love their other dishes, especially their milkshakes.

I'm positive that even the teens would enjoy visiting this steak dining haven for it also offers interactive dining experience where you and your friends get to rough it up like camping outdoors and cook your own steak right at your own table via a stone grill. Medium rare or well-done, it's up to you how you want your steak cooked. The power is in your hands, while you wear their cowboy hats for photo ops. Upload those pics on social media and become the envy of all your friends.

But if you just want to chill (or just want to be pampered), you can ask them to cook the tender and juicy meats right before your eyes, smoke and all, along with the amazing smell that lingers all throughout the restaurant.

By the way, they have a piano at one corner near the entrance so you could even play something that will fit the Cowboy mood and then ask a friend to sing. Just be sure it won't make everyone else lose their appetite, OK?

Did we also mention that they have a Wanted Dead or Alive signage outside where you can stick your head for another Instagrammable moment? Lol!

Chicharon Bulaklak (Php 212)
Who wouldn't love their Chicharon Bulaklak? Crispy and flavorful, it will surely bring out an appetite. You might even want to order some for take-out.

Wild Mushroom Carbonara (Php 312)
The Wild Mushroom Carbonara is so damn good, I wanted to have plateful again. Highly recommended if you love fresh mushrooms.

Truffle Cream Fries (Php 198)
The Truffle Cream Fries highlights the flavorful truffle taste that you'll appreciate so much. Not too many restaurants offer the same flavor so this is a welcome treat.

Pepperoni Tomato Pasta (Php 245)
The Pepperoni Tomato Pasta is nothing short of a heavenly pasta dish. I normally don't fancy tomato-based pasta anymore, but this dish made me change my mind. The smoked pepperoni slices are amazing!

Sausages
Sausages are also available at Sear Steak Scullery. This plate offers two kinds with a side dish and condiment for that added taste. However, I find them great as they are even without the additional taste boosters. I forgot to ask for the price so please do verify from their menu.

Chicken Florentine
Now, I missed the Chicken Florentine since we were too preoccupied with the steaks. Of course, it's my priority to get a generous filling of their specialty so when it was time for me to try out the otehr dishes, it was not surprising that majority were already gone. Lol!

Fish Nuggets (Php 315)
The Fish Nuggets were not too memorable to take note of. Though it is quite expensive for a starter, it's a generous serving that's good enough to be complemented by a serving of rice.

Hida Wagyu Stone Grill (Php 6599)
The Hida Wagyu Stone Grill is cooking your own Hida Wagyu or Hida Japanese beef to your own preference. They say steaks are best when medium rare so you'll get just the right taste of the beef. Thus, I always ask my steaks to be cooked medium rare which perfectly brings out the best of the dish may it be Wagyu or any other kind or part of the cow.

Hida Wagyu Platter (Php 499)
They also have a set of steak dish in bite sizes that comes with rice and a salad they call the Sesame Miso Vinaigrette. Now, this elevates the experience on a higher scale since we all know how Filipinos love rice to go with every viand. We are not usually satisfied if we don't get to eat rice within the day. I don't feel any fuller if I eat pasta or potato (mashed or fried) with my steak.  The salad is also a great way to add variety to taste. You'll enjoy every minute of this dish. Please also verify the price. I maybe incorrect in the pricing but 100% positive that this dish will please you.

Sizzling Steak US Striploin (Php 1185 or Php 1399)
If you want the traditional Sizzling Steak, Sear Steak Scullery also have them either US Striploin or Classic T-Bone. As usual, they are served hot on a plate, and Sear made sure the plate is attractive as well. The generous serving of meat comes with a few veggies on the side for that balance meal requirement. I'm sure you can order rice to match this beauty.

Classic T-Bone (Php 3506 or Php 4506)
I may have mislabeled the two steaks since we were not so overwhelmed with the food the kept coming in so fast as we dine on some, so please just check the prices again when you visit the restaurant before you order.

The Steak dishes here are expensive for the common man who frequents fast-food chains, but it is understandable to pay higher for quality. Since they say we become what we eat, it is better to stuff ourselves with the better choices if we can afford them.

And as I said earlier, steaks are the necessary rewards we can give ourselves if we want to pamper ourselves every once in a while. I'm willing to visit them after every payday for these reasons.

Ube Milkshake (Php 220)
"Cookies, pretzels, caramel, donuts, lollipops, cupcake, mallows and whatever else your hungry heart desires because Sear Steak Scullery just took milkshakes to the next level."

These guys are not exaggerating! Their crazy milkshakes are indeed overwhelming. From their giant marshmallows to the candy coated chocolates that literally overflows from their glasses, your kids will thank you for bringing them with you. Though it would be a little messy, they won't mind licking even the glasses.

Of course, they also have thirst quenching fresh fruit juices and iced tea for everybody.

Dark Chocolate (Php 220)

S'Mores (Php 220)

Fresh Orange Juice

Iced Tea
What was shown here are just a few of their dishes. There's plenty more from their kitchen so be sure to come and visit them regularly to try everything on their menu.

Visit them at the 2nd floor of 238 Banawe center, in Banawe, QC from 11am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday! They also cater for just about any event that you might have, you name it and Sear Steak Scullery can do it.
