Vista Land Site Appreciation Tour: Valenza

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Last May 19, 2015 we got invited to join a tour of a community that's just a quick zip from Manila and meant for higher middle-income individuals who are looking for grand and elegant subdivisions with quality homes commanding aesthetic value. It now offers an equally promising phase 3 development to follow the phenomenal success of phase 1 and 2.

A few of us were all eager to return to this place since we were there last year during its seasonal display of a Christmas-themed attraction that undeniably causes the traffic jam due to many people visiting the place for some photo-ops or to reflect on the spirit of the season.

A part of the Vista Land masterplanned community called Sta. Elena City, Crown Asia Valenza at Sta. Rosa Laguna is a 25-hectare Italian-themed community that's just a short ride from Tagaytay and boasts of a prime location amidst premium shopping centers and renowned world-class institutions. It has first-rate amenities, and a wealth of possibilities only limited by the imagination. You'll have all necessities needed within reach without the hustle and bustle of the city.

Since 2005, this high-end development project is truly your heart's every desire that currently no other projects can beat that it is considered as a community for people who seek to escape to the more refreshing South. This is why it has attracted most distinguished set of buyers of which the bulk is overseas Filipino workers or OFW.

Valenza. which is the Italian word for valence which means the chemistry of the elements of style and comfort united in symmetry. It promises a lifestyle like no other.

We got there at almost night time so you will notice my photos were all dim and faded due to lack of light. It would have been a great time to witness a sunset, especially if it was possible to see it from the picturesque sight of Mt. Makiling along with the enticing slopes of Tagaytay Ridge.

The amenities from the clubhouse, like the pool and playground, to the amazingly landscaped garden, Crown Vista Valenza is where necessity, joyful memories and beauty breathe side by side.

This is truly a wonderful investment everyone would be willing to get compared to low-cost housing townhouse projects that are mostly crowded with too many residents or high-rise condominiums where you don't own any piece of land.

This is also mostly our dream above the average aspiration. After all, a home worth 6 million is not easy to purchase unless we won millions in the lottery.

After a specially prepared dinner for us, we were then asked to stay for roughly 30 minutes inside the houses so we could experience how it feels for about 30 minutes.

The house exteriors were all magnificent, and when we were finally shown the interiors, it felt like the homes were made really special to accommodate the most scrutinous real estate critic.

There are too little parts of the project that requires immediate concern. But here's still hoping I get to face problems as one of the residents of the newest Crown Asia Valenza phase.

I don't believe in luck but whenever I thought of going home to one of the houses situated here at Crown Asia Valencia, I couldn't help but let myself daydream of owning even the smallest and lowest cost house.

But it's really not all about the house since it can never be called a home when the family that lives there is incomplete or broken. Though Crown Asia Valenza boasts highly of high-end features, the neighborhood could very well be mostly decent and hardworking individuals that earned the right to live a life of comfort. What makes even the best house a home is when you are happily enjoying life with your family in it.

I would never trade anything in this world in exchange of an opportunity to remain fully in touched with my family. Something not all of us could do amidst our always busy and hectic schedules. We make a mistake of spending time trying to earn a living or improve our lifestyle but losing the chance to get closer and remain bonded with our loved ones.

What good is a luxurious home if you're just going to live in it alone?
