Guevarra's by Chef Laudico will feature Ilonggo Dishes this October 4 - 25, 2014 in celebration of Masskara Festival!! 

The Masskara Festival, a combination of the English word “mass” and the Spanish “kara,” meaning “face,” is an annual celebration held every third weekend of October in Bacolod. The fun pageantry gives you several days of visual overload because of people garbed in ingenious colorful costumes while dancing on the streets.

The festival dramatizes the steadfast character of the Negrenses and symbolizes what the people of the City of Smiles do best: putting on a happy face when confronted with challenges.

Guevarra's by Chef Laudico will be offering Masskara-inspired Ilonggo dishes that will truly give you a taste of the festival even though you're here in Manila.
