Plush and Play from the GK Enchanted Farm

Wazzup Pilipinas!

RIPE and READY for the picking, is Plush And Play!

Plush and Play proves to us that any business can be shaped into a Social Enterprise - even the manufacturing of toys!

First in their toy collection is the Enchanted Farm Barkada! Skillfully designed by the nanays at the farm, these toys will make it easy for kids to be endeared with fruits and vegetables! Can you spot Anne Kamatis and Buko Martin? How about Apple de Ap and Jessica Saging?

Each toy uses hypoallergenic cloth and filing, and non-toxic materials. They are all-safe for children!

Plush and Play aims yet a bigger bearing to poor communities. With the details being hand-sewn by mothers in the farm, they can work at home while taking care of their children. This simplicity in business model, allows it to be replicated in several communities! In fact, Plush and Play aims to provide jobs for 500 households, in 5 years! How's that for a toy business?

If you want to learn more about this social enterprise, or if you want to convert your business into having a more fulfilling endeavor, be sure to attend the Social Business Summit from Oct 2-5. Visit http://socialbusinesssummit.net/ to register.

Please also spend some time exploring GK Enchanted Farm as it is a truly wonderful resource, full of amazing people with a noble mission.
