Janet Lim Napoles and brother Reynald Limare : Manhunt Ongoing!

Wazzup Pilipinas!

The manhunt for Janet Lim Napoles and his brother Reynald “Jojo” Limare are now ongoing. But it seems every authority in the Philippines will have to work double-time and at full manpower if ever they need to find the two individuals linked to the pork barrel scam.

However, the warrant of arrest the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is holding is for the illegal detention of Benhur Luy, a second cousin of Napoles and her Personal Assistant . Luy is alleged to be the whistle-blower who provided information of the illegal accumulation of wealth by the Napoles family.

Napoles was accused of taking Luy, a probable witness in the alleged scam, against his will and detaining him inside her condominium unit in Taguig City.

Napoles' company was alleged to have been tapped in ghost projects of the government, pegged in one report as totalling to P10 billion worth of projects. These ghost projects were allegedly used by lawmakers for kickbacks.

The Makati City Regional Trial Court issued a warrant for the arrest of Napoles, the alleged brains behind the P10-billion pork barrel scam, and her brother for allegedly detaining Luy for three months until the NBI was able to rescue Luy.

"The National Bureau of Investigation will have to deploy more agents than usual to find and arrest fugitive Janet Lim-Napoles if she is hiding in one of (at least) 28 homes and condo units she has acquired in Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas and other parts of Luzon"says a broadsheet.

Napoles’ brother Reynald “Jojo” Lim and daughter Jeane also own real-estate properties in California.

Department of Justice's Leila De Lima has earlier issued a lookout bulletin order (LBO) against Napoles and Lim because they were considered "flight risks."

An LBO requires all Immigration officials to be on the lookout or the alert in case the Napoleses pass through immigration counters in airports and seaports and to inform the National Prosecution Service (NPS) about it.

The Napoleses can now be arrested on sight. A citizen's arrest may also be implemented in case individuals see the siblings.
