Yes! Magazine 100 Most Beautiful Stars

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Julia Montes and Kathryn Bernardo are all smiles as they graced the cover of Yes! Magazines 100 Most Beautiful Stars.

A presscon was held at the Crowne Plaza on the afternoon of July 25 with plenty of stars (both young and old) gracing the event. The cover revelation was quite suspenseful as everyone awaited.

But what actually stand out days after the cover launch was the issue of star choices made by Yes! Magazine. Many were asking why some widely popular celebrities were not included in the 100 list of beautiful stars and why there were unpopular starlets among the list.

Many fans of Angel Locsin and Bea Alonzo were asking at the Yes! Magazine Facebook Fan page why the two stars were not included among the 100 list of beautiful stars. Majority were fans of Angel Locsin.

"Thumbs down for Yes Magazine for not including Angel Locsin on their list of Top 100 Most Beautiful Stars. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. God knows how beautiful Angel Locsin is...inside and out! What are their criterias in choosing their winners? It's so disappointing!" - Maxene Arroyo

"will officially STOP subscribing to YES magazine every month. This is by far the stupidest list in a magazine feature about Philippine Showbiz. Most beautiful? Tapos wala si Angel Locsin? The whole team is stupid! From the editor-in-chief down to the last person involved in choosing, kung may contest ng patangahan, panalo na sila!" - Don Manuel

"This magazine should already stop circulating....wala Namang saysay mga articles sa loob. Nagpapaka controversial pa each time lalabas ang most beautiful issue....ayan tuwang tuwa nyan si Joanne Maglipon libre promo na naman ng magazine ni Robina Gokongwei ng summit media sa abs cbn dahil cover si Kathryn and Julia . Ay naku wala Namang bago eh." - Liza Ballesteros

Another issue was why child star Ryzza Mae was included. Many were saying Ryzza Mae may be endearing but she could not be considered beautiful. But I guess the Yes! Magazine will give an excuse that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". They may be right also when they say Beauty is skin deep so its not only in the physical appearance where you should gauge the level of beauty.

"Haha! This is a joke! Ryzza Mae? Endearing maybe, but definitely NOT beautiful. I know you have one single excuse and that is beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Well what if I think feces is beautiful?" - Charles Mananes

:) #bigbreak
