Sun Broadband Stages Cook Fest with Solenn, Inspires Filipinos to “Get There”

Wazzup Pilipinas!

I never knew this will be another memorable experience for me as I rubbed shoulders with Solenn Heussaff as one of my team mates during a cook fest challenge sponsored by Sun Broadband.

This is in line with their promotions of their WiFi stick that was designed to be used primamrily for vehicles as it comes with an adaptor for car charging.

What was amazing aside from the technological innovation from Sun, it was a huge surprise learning that Solenn was so knowledgeable in cooking, plus friendly and accommodating. She was also a team leader as she participated well in the team effort to be able to come up with dishes based only from the available ingredients given to us.

Details of the remarkable experience below.

In its mission to further inspire and push Filipinos to expand their horizon and “get there”, Sun Broadband held a special Cook Fest with actress-model and brand ambassador Solenn Heusaff.

Through the event, Sun Broadband showcased and gave a glimpse of how Solenn Heusaff manages to expand, pursue and balance her various endeavors as an actress, model, painter, fashion designer and professional make-up artist. The Cook Fest highlighted another side of Solenn as a cook by leveraging on Sun Cellular’s consistent, fast and reliable Internet connection as she searches for recipes, techniques, tips and demos among others.

“Given Solenn’s wide range of endeavors and success in each one, we are happy to have her as the face of Sun Broadband and of Get There campaign,” says Sun Cellular Vice President for Broadband Marketing Michele Curran. “With the right tools, we are confident that Filipinos can also get there and be more skilled, well-rounded individuals.”

For Solenn, Sun Broadband’s wide range of services and offerings has helped her to stay connected and do pretty much everything that she wants. “I’m always connected,” she shares. “Regardless of where I am, I can stay connected especially now that Sun Broadband has a WiFi stick for cars since I spend almost 70 percent of my time in my car.”

Sun Cellular’s Cook Fest with Solenn Heusaff has been made possible in partnership with the premiere culinary arts school and the pioneer of culinary arts education in the Philippines, Center for Culinary Arts – Manila.
