Jacinto and Lirio Impact Night : Stories of Positive Change

Wazzup Pilipinas!

The Jacinto & Lirio Impact night is in cooperation with Girltank – an international fellowship of girl entrepreneurs, which the Jacinto & Lirio founders are part of. There will also be a silent auction of Jacinto & Lirio eco-chic products in line with the Girltank crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for the social impact efforts.

Special thanks to AyalaLand and Ayala Foundation who have always supported the young enterprise.

They  look forward to your attendance at their event! Everything they do is for the progress of their partner community livelihoods, and ultimately for a better Philippines!

It has been almost four years since they started Jacinto & Lirio. From a dream of 5 young Filipinos in 2009, their mission was always to build an eco-chic, fashion-oriented brand built to create stylish and sustainable products that empower our rural and urban poor communities. Now, they are now running a business supporting 6 communities located in Rizal, Laguna, Pampanga, Cotabato, Taguig, and Pasig.

As they continue to build their enterprise and scale, they want to make sure they simultaneously add as much value to the social impact.

It is in this regard that they would like to invite you to their Jacinto & Lirio Impact Night on May 16, 2013 (7pm—to 9pm) at UP Ayala Technohub, Commonwealth Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.

It is an event where they will share their entrepreneur stories, and that of their partner communities, with the following objectives:

1) To raise awareness about the importance of supporting social businesses (building
enterprises that create value for profit, social impact and the environment).

2) To raise funds for the social impact efforts of Jacinto & Lirio, that are directly
connected to the development of the water hyacinth community livelihoods.
