Thorlos Socks : Provides the Much Needed Comfort To Keep You Going

Wazzup Pilipinas !

When I've learned about my next adventure to go hiking towards the summit of Mt. Pulag, I really thought I needed to prepare well for this.

So I packed my bags with necessities, and included Thorlos foot socks specifically designed for hiking.

I was going to where I'm way above the clouds - on top of the highest mountain in Luzon and third highest mountain in the Philippines next to the two other mountains located in Mindanao.

Me and my fellow backpackers on our way up to the camp site and will stay there until early morning when we will start another climb towards the summit of Mt. Pulag.

The extremely cold weather situation at the campsite all the way up to the peak during the night time and early morning did not help at all in proving comfort. I thank my decision to pack light but include as a must my Thorlos socks.

But the climb was not that easy. The path I may be taking is an easier path, but it still requires stamina -and comfort- to pull myself together and push myself to keep going on until I reach the top.

I was overwhelmingly triumphant reaching the summit and taking the opportunity to forever capture the moment by taking  a lot of pictures.

And finally, the reward!!! To be able to capture the sunrise on top of the third highest mountain in the country - above a sea of clouds. The camera could not capture the real beauty of the event. It was tranquil but earth-shaking at the same time for me!

The gray ones I used after the long hours of hiking....and it also eased my feet with less the tension.

But nothing beats what happened with my light trail hiking socks from Thorlos. The soles of the socks were stinking with sweat and dirt from all that rigorous activity.

Just take a look at what happened to my Thorlos socks after the Mt. Pulag climb. I had to use the brown colored one to keep my foot warm and comfortable, and Thorlos did not failed me. I was surprised I suffered no sprain or aching feet. My toes were all fine compared to how it was when I was still using socks of different brands.

It was truly an amazing experience to reach the summit of Mt. Pulag, and equally amazing I survived with all my feet in perfect condition. While others were complaining of aching feet and sprains, I was hiking very comfortably.
