President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday night said the Philippines' arbitral victory in 2016 against China's massive claims in the West Philippine Sea before the United Nations is just paper fit to be thrown in the trash.

Justice Carpio should start filing an IMPEACHMENT complaint against the current President. Duterte's treasonous actions cannot be disregarded anymore. His defense of China on the WPS row is a clear act of treason. He is choosing to side with China over the Philippines.

I suggest Justice Carpio must accept the challenge of the offer of President Duterte to debate the WPS issue. This will be a positive approach to lay the issue on the table and resolve once and for all.

Too many verbal exchanges on the news and internet already and we are fed up listening and reading the whinings and the blamings, an exercise in futility. The general public will surely undertand thoroughly about the issue when discussed and argued nationwide live on TV.

No other way to call it. Duterte should be IMPEACHED. Justice Carpio et al should initiate the filing and have it endorsed in Congress. They may not have the numbers but at least the people will know how those clowns and puppets in Congress will respond to the call.

It seems the word war between President Duterte and retired Supreme Court senior associate justice Antonio Carpio will not be over soon.
