Buying the yummy delicacies like Buko Pie, Ube Jam, pineapples, beef, and a lot more of our favorite "pasalubong" will always be part of our itinerary every time we pass by the place. There are lots of great memories here in Tagaytay, from retreat houses and hotels we stayed in, to exploring tourist spots like the Puzzle Mansion, and the Sky Ranch containing the tallest Ferris wheel with a marvelous view of the Taal lake and its famous volcano.

My fellow bloggers and I, your friendly neighborhood pambansang blogger, was invited to take a closer look while the development is in its initial phase. We tried to replicate the recent groundbreaking ceremonies that took place a few days ago initiating the ground works to start the development. Very soon we will be seeing mid-rise condominiums here at an already good and well-established neighborhood.

As we can see from the houses nearby, it has a very good and affluent neighborhood that are bound to also benefit from the increase number of residents that will soon be sprawling within the area. This means good business opportunities and increase of value of properties.

The cool and fresh breeze is well enough reason to live in Tagaytay, what more if you add a lush fine tree entrance to a gated community, interconnected parking, log-cabin designed lobby that features a fireplace and panoramic floor-to-ceiling picture windows that invite the outside in, and of course the regular amenities like a clubhouse containing pools, lounges, play areas, jogging paths, pocket garden, gym and fitness centers, function halls and entertainment rooms..
