Larossa in Capitol Hills : Your Urban Botanical Community in the Heart of Quezon City

Wazzup Pilipinas!

My ideal home is one where I would find peace and relaxation. It is where I would feel comfortable and at ease, able to let loose, put my shoes and socks away and walk barefoot on grass. To breath the fresh air and stretch my arms upwards towards the blue skies. To be able to release all inhibitions and frustrations because I know that I am at a place where I am accepted and everything else around me is at a state of tranquility.

A particular place where I find serenity is at parks and forested areas. The feeling to be one with nature and calm surroundings refreshes me, calms and soothes me and gives me the inner strength to be hopeful for a better and fruitful life.

You won't usually find inner peace in a busy neighborhood that has been robbed of the opportunity to be one with nature. I find it a drastic move to put down trees in exchange of a more favorable business opportunity. So I am glad to hear that PrimeHomes is preserving 80% of the greenery and 65% of the open spaces in the latest community it is building called Larossa in Capitol Hills - an Urban Botanical Community right in the heart of Quezon City.

One of the most admirable aspect of the place is that PrimeHomes promises to preserve the three huge trees in its property by building its community around them.

We will be seeing tall condominiums or housing projects but the tall several years old trees will continue to live to serve as part of the botanical community.

The site already has the initial excavations in preparation for the foundation. Once the foundation has been in place, the construction will soon be moving faster and will eventually bring forth a tall structure that will house a community that has been blessed with homes very close to nature.

With heavy equipments already able and ready in building the first phase of the community, we would expect a huge interest coming from prospective buyers in and out of the country. However, we were informed that the greater demand is coming from the residents of Quezon City themselves, and majority are single working females.

Apparently, the property is already selling itself mainly because of the prime location ( no flooding problems among other plus factors) as well as many conveniences available that are located nearby at almost just a stone's throw away. In just a few minutes, you can get access to many establishments that can provide your basic necessities.

We were also toured inside some model units designed to gives us an idea of possible interior designs for our homes. The smallest size presented to us was 23.4 square meters (Studio Type) but there are several bigger sizes available (29 square meters for Studio Premier and 31.2 for One Bedroom Unit).

PrimeHomes can also customize units in case you want to buy ore than one unit to create bigger units. They can combine two units and make it ideal for your needs.

The interiors of the model units were finely done decorated with furniture of earthy colors, wooden highlights and hints of green.

Amica and Joseph from PrimeHomes presented us with many informative facts and details about the property. What's amazing was they served us some snacks inspired by the theme of their proposed urban botanical community.
They also shared that the buildings will be built to let air to freely pass through in between the buildings. That is why each building will not follow a single straight or parallel alignment.

The non-traditional arrangement or layout of the buildings will allow an environment that is more "breathable" and "nature-friendly".

There will be two entrances/exits to the property. The main entrance will be along Capitol Hills Drive and the other one will be along South Zuzuarigue Road. Take note that the property is infront of a golf course along Capitol Hills Drive.

With the many developments in place all throughout the Metro and nearby provinces, it is a relief that there is still a developer that takes into consideration the importance of maintaining a virginal environment and uses it as one of the plus factors in selling their properties.

I am impressed with the project and would probably consider getting one myself as an investment. Like the fruit-bearing tree that we saw at the site, you may also find yourself progressively productive and lucrative in a place like Larossa. Remember that most inspirations come from minds that are able to freely meditate and discover.....and that is possible in a place with the most serene settings.

Thank you for the opportunity to discover Larossa in Capitol Hills. It is really an ideal place I would be glad to call my home.

  1. Maganda talaga ang plan ng Larossa yun nga lang mukang hanga g plan nalang. ang tagal tagal na nyan ni isang poste walang naitatayo. andami ng turnover dates na napako. if you go to the site no cranes no people working no nothing its just the guards and sales people.

    1. I think its because of the rains... They can't go on with the work until the land is dry and suited for setting up the foundation.

    2. Hindi naman araw-araw umuulan. Construction is really slower than a snail's pace. I'm in the process of doing a 2-year downpayment for a unit here, but with what I'm seeing, looks like I made the wrong investment. Yang mga picture na naka-post, halos ganyan din ang nakita ko 2 years ago. Walang pinagbago, ginandahan lang yung isang gate. :S
