Philhealth Mafia is More Fatal than All the Viruses Combined

Wazzup Pilipinas!

From the Senate hearing:

“Ang masasabi ko lang, there is a special place in hell for people who take advantage of the misery of others” - Miguel Zubiri

Resigned anti-fraud officer Thorrsson Montes Keith on Tuesday alleged that PhilHealth chief Ricardo Morales tried to use him to iron out the supposed overpriced COVID-19 test kits of the state health insurer.

Keith filed his resignation on July 23 citing anomalies in the agency.

PhilHealth 'mafia', composed mostly of Philhealth's execom members, stole P15B says resigned anti-fraud officer.

"this infringement of the law had taken place with the connivance of officials"

What a shame, PHILHEALTH. I suspect that said malpractice is organizationwide, and those who may have known about it simply looked the other way and stayed silent. No way this can happen in a private enterprise under the watchful eyes of committed employees and sharp Internal Audit... ;)

The COA should resort to pre-audit from time to time using its discretion. This could have been prevented in a pre-audit.

As they use to say: PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.

Now it takes eternity to recover the overpriced amount in a court litigation.

"Our health care system is on the brink of collapse. Our healthcare workers are burned out, physically and mentally. We are at war yet it seems that the plague of PhilHealth corruption could be more fatal than all the viruses combined" says Drilon.

'Laptops worth P100-M were also repeatedly approved by Philhealth's President Ricardo Morales, another appointed retired general.

Among the questionable items under the proposed P2.1-billion IT project of PhilHealth include the purchase of two sets of laptops worth a total of P4.1 million and P115 million.

“There will be no more reserve fund by 2021 so deficit na po tayo (we will run into deficit) in terms of collection and benefit payouts in 2021.”

PhilHealth could collapse in 2022 without additional subsidy from the government.

Want to hear the most unbelievable news? Apparently, records will show that there are 5K PhilHealth members that are 130 years old. Wow! Call in the Guiness World Records.

Unbelievable! What a shame, and they have the audacity to impose mandatory contribution for all OFWs.

OFWs “the Milking Cow” not heroes to them. Somehow I thank God to have this Covid and all suddenly surfaced. As these Corrupt people are the real Virus that needs to be annihilated.

Based on the percentage of overpricing,  would it be safe to say that many people were in on the whole scheme as all of them had to get a piece of the pie?

"Shoot to Kill" QC Councilor Goes Viral for His Violent Post

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Eto yung siga na nagbiro daw ng "Shoot to Kill"

"Paging DILG and DOJ!!! This public official willingly admitted his FB post was a personal post. In view of this, Rannie Ludovica has clearly violated Section 4 and 5 of RA 11479 (Anti Terrorism Act of 2020) by posting threats endangering the lives of people. An act punishable by 12 years of imprisonment."

This man need to be booted out from his position the sooner the better!and should be charge of çonduct unbecoming of a public official

When some netizens "threatened" to pay millions for the death of the President, legal actions was acted out by the officials. But when a Task Force Disiplina Head released some threatening statements against the citizens, authorities just waivered him and his reckless actions. Sana naman macarry out pa din ang batas sa LAHAT ng lumalabag nito, awtoridad man o hindi.

 the people in the video

Earlier reports said QC Task Force Disiplina head Rannie Ludovica ha supposedly threatened quarantine violators with a shoot to kill policy: "Mula bukas, shoot to kill na ang lalabag sa MECQ."

In a statement, DILG spokesman Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya said the remark of Ludovica was "improper and illegal," as he advised the official to desist from issuing similar statements in the future.

Uphold the law ba yang mag threaten ka ng pagpatay? This guy is supposed to serve and protect the people and not instill fear in them!

SHOOT TO KILL? For simple violation of quarantine protocols?

Pag ordinaryong nilalang, invoke agad Anti-Cybercrime Law.
Gagaling!

Daming pulis ang lumalabag sa protocol bakit di sila ishoot to kill niyo? Gago pala kayo e.

- Sen. Joel Villanueva

The Department of Health logged its highest COVID-19 recoveries in one day at 38,075 after its data team implemented a "mass recovery" adjustment wherein all mild and asymptomatic cases have been re-tagged as recovered.

Mali naman caption niyo Philstar. Heto ang nasa memorandum -

"Symptomatic patients who have clinically recovered and are no longer symptomatic for at least 3 days and have completed at least 14 days of isolation either at home, temporary treatment and monitoring facility, or hospital, can be tagged as a recovered confirmed case and reintegrated to the community without the need for further testing, provided that a licensed medical doctor clears the patient. Patients who test RT-PCR positive and remain asymptomatic for at least 14 days can discontinue quarantine and tagged as a recovered confirmed case without need for further testing, provided a licensed medical doctor clears the patient."

"For recoveries, the DOH retagged as "recovered" those mild and asymptomatic cases who do not deteriorate 14 days after their symptoms began or their swab samples collected."

Meanwhile everyone is hoping for stepping up measures, they are finding ways to make the numbers look better."

This  government  officials  will  do  anything  to  look  good  even  pulling  our  legs. With them playing around the data presentation, would you still believe that the total number of cases is still accurate? I have totally lost confidence in this government.

Based on WHO recommendation daw? Pinag uusapan sa DOH page. Asymptomatic and mild cases that did not progress further will be presumed recovered! Nakakabahala pa din ang ganitong reporting. Recovery is now based on pressumption.

They can't do anytjing about their incompetence so they lowered the standards.

"Viral infection: Infection caused by the presence of a virus in the body. Depending on the virus and the person's state of health, various viruses can infect almost any type of body tissue, from the brain to the skin. Viral infections cannot be treated with typical antibiotics (antibacterial antibiotics); in fact, in some cases the use of antibacterial antibiotics may cause side-effects that complicate the viral infection. The vast majority of human viral infections can be effectively fought by the body's own immune system, with a little help in the form of proper diet, hydration, and rest. As for the rest, treatment depends on the type and location of the virus, and may include anti-viral antibiotics or other drugs(an example of which is the COVID19 virus ).

Granted, that Viral infection can be fought by ones  own immune system, to a certain degree, but it doesnt mean that we are safe from the pandemic; and more importantly it is not a guarantee that there wont be a reocurrence or reinfection that might occur with that very same person.

The worst part is; not all immune system are the same in terms of capability to fend off the virus.  Elderly, people suffering from other illnesses like cancer, diabetes, hypertension etc, the toddlers doesnt possess such strong level of immunity.

At puwede sila ulit ma infect at makahawa.

Dahil puwedeng lumala at ikamatay nia.

The point here is, we need to STOP THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS or AT LEAST MANAGE AND CONTROL IT."

"Jen-jheng Balce take Hydroxylchloroquine with zinc and Azithromycin. Consult your Doctor for dosage" Lol
